I liked the room, the amenities, and the convenience to our schedule. My son noted the wear on the carpeting and spots that he could not ignore. I am less concerned with those things when I note convenience, comfort, clean towels, and a comfortable bed. All those things met my criteria. The shower was great. We didn't use the robes, but that was a really nice touch. The outlets for charging our devices were handy, and the reading lights were really nice.The breakfast surpassed our expectations. In fact, my son stayed an extra night because that was his favorite part of the hotel. Excellent service. Our waitress was wonderful. I cannot remember her name, sadly. She deserves to be recognized.

I could find no serious fault. As I stated, my son noticed the aging and spotted sad carpeting.

Location, staff and amenities were top notch.

Carpets throughout the halls were soiled. Same food served at the buffet daily, no variety. I didn't use many of my breakfast vouchers. If you're staying for a week, as I did, variety is important. The pastries at the buffet did not taste fresh. Eggs and potatoes.had onions and peppers but not everyone likes that or can tolerate them. Perhaps, advise the visitor of the breakfast choices prior to them paying to include it in their stay.

This is an attractive and solidly built hotel with beautiful courtyard and landscaped grounds. Has a luxury resort-like feel for a hotel in its price range. Our room was quiet, and beds comfortable which was exactly what we had hoped for. The breakfast offered when included in the hotel room rate can vary between a limited cook-to-order menu or a buffet. Both are a significant cut above the majority of other hotels in this price range.

The first room we were given had a very noisy rattle in the heating/cooling system, so we were given a different room. While the second room was slightly better, when the heat came on it was quite noisy and woke me up during the night when it came on. Still, the lack of noise from outside the room allowed me to get a good nights sleep.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice pool and pool area. Courteous staff. Good buffet breakfast

The updated showers leave a lot of water on the floor outside the shower. Had to use a towel to soak it up. The paint on the roof edge is peeling in the pool area. The open umbrella on the table next to ours flew up and out in a sudden gust of wind and almost hit our grandchild. The shafts of the umbrellas are too small for the table holder screws to secure them. For COVID protection we don't eat inside restaurants. The outdoor area was off limits; we took our breakfast to our room.

Very nice. Plenty of seating and comfortable seating. Quiet. Beautiful. Very clean. Tub and shower to suit both of us. Excellent lighting, once I figured out how to turn it on. Available outlets in bathroom. Easy freeway access. Very convenient access to convention rooms and to restaurant. Easy walking access to big stores and fast food. Wonderful free breakfast!

Only one suitcase stand. Seems like 2 people usually travel with 2 suitcases. No wall switch for the main-room lights. I had to fumble around searching with my phone flashlight to figure out how to turn on any light beyond the entryway. No nightlight in bathroom (I bring my own. I hate turning on a bright light in the middle of the night). Can't walk to downtown shops or to the river like we do from Red Lion Inn. Didn't see a safe way to access centennial trail on foot from the hotel; so we walked laps around the hotel perimeter.

A really great hotel for our weeks adventure in Spokane Valley and Silverwood theme park. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a small balcony space to sit on in the evening. The pool and garden area were a big plus - loved having an outdoor pool. The breakfasts each morning were fabulous with such a nice selection and many choices. Overall, would give this hotel top marks all around - everything was great and met all out needs.

Not a thing - it was a great stay!

Everyone we encountered from front desk to those working at the restaurant were so great. The property is conveniently located off the interstate. Having it so easy to navigate and the restaurant being on the property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was nice, but felt decently outdated. The chair in our room was very scratched and looked as though it had been there for many years. All the browns made it feel very dull; some brighter colors (like white) would really make this place pop.

Super clean, tidy, well managed, everything in good repair and working order- nice amenities, great breakfast, helpful attentive staff. Lots of parking. Very nice large rooms - the entire hotel and grounds are in fastidious condition. Retro cool hotel that has been tastefully updated. Nice balconies. Robes in the closet. Quiet rooms, not a lot of sounds coming through the walls.

NA - we liked everything but mattresses could have been firmer. A little lumpy.

this place was nice. It is an old hotel but they are trying to keep it up to date. It is huge we had to drive to breakfast from the back building since grandma cant walk much. Tons of parking for trailers and motorhomes. the rooms had a micro wave and little fridge so that was nice.

Well the water pressure was like using a fire house in the shower. Made showers a little uncomfortable. Other than that all was good

Initially, I wasn't able to add a night booking for King courtyard bedroom, but they kept our request in mind, and were able to find the same type room for all the nights we were there - so we didn't have to change rooms mid-trip. The pool was really nice and restaurant tasty/convenient. Rooms were good sized and the little coffee, fridge, micro sink in our room was perfect. Convenient plentiful parking. All the employees were friendly, helpful, and seemed happy - which is rare these days.

Hopefully, as places recover from COVID, Mirabeau will continue to update more of its areas without having to raise prices. Some of the back entry common are carpets are really old. Don't like all the extra fees that are tacked on to the room rates - people hate that. Just charge ONE price and include everything.
