Very simple and quick check in. The front Desk staff was super polite and inviting, sufficient. For the cost of my stay it was a Great Stay. Relaxing, and Definitely will return.

… The Cold Weather.( Tee hee hee) But as far as the Room. The only thing that comes to mind is a softer bed. Or pillow top cover. But for the cost of Room. That’s ridiculous to expect.

Despite some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was loud but did the job super well, the bed was tough but slept like a baby, the ice machine downstairs was powerful which saved me a few bucks as I refilled my cooler for the next long leg of my drive. The reception guy was great and helpful (hi Davis!). No complaints whatsoever. Doesn’t get better value for money.

Staff was amazing I was treated so well and when I checked out I let the front desk know about a few issues in my room and they thanked me for telling them and told me they were glad to have me as a guest which I appreciated that.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location and both times the room wasn't very clean this stay I'd have to say is worse I needed to clean the bathroom before using it.

I had to go get rekeyed almost every day and being all the way down in 235 it was a long walk

The morning front desk people are so nice and friendly, love their politeness and they always have a smile on their faces... now I do have one complaint and that's for the 2nd shift front desk clerk, she was very rude, unprofessional, lied to her boss Jessica about another guest throwing her phone which I was a witness and the guest from room 226 placed the desk clerk's phone on the counter and didn't throw it like the clerk said..also myself and my boyfriend have been staying here since the 28th of January and she is the only one who hasn't been nice..the cleaning crew is awesome and friendly, and our room is so comfortable and clean...

The man working the front desk the night I checked in was so, so, so nice and accommodating. The facilities were also very clean, inside and outside. Ample parking and a great size grassy area for dogs. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Spokane!

There were some other guests that were up and somewhat noisy all night (repeatedly going outside to smoke and knocking on the door each time they needed back in) but that is no fault of the property.

The Employees are always welcoming as well as eager to assist with whatever my needs intel. Love that having my pet/pets at no charge makes it stress free and Something else i don't need to worry about.

The location is fantastic, and the ease of getting around the hotel is super easy

The washer and dryer were out of order and I counted on being able to wash laundry before the Christmas holiday. However, there's a 24 hr laundry mat about a half a mile down the road.

Location was convenient for traveling on I-90. The room was very clean. Appreciated non-carpeted room with clean floors.

The window air conditioner unit was too loud.
