The breakfast was delicious! I have stayed at more expensive places your breakfast was better or equivalent! Loved the waffle! The customer service was fantastic! Your staff move mountains to accommodate the customer. They do this with a smile! I really enjoyed my stay. Great service, great rest and wonderful breakfast! Who could ask for anything more

The location seems scary but that has developed over time and with the problems we face with homelessness. After checking in I felt the safety issue have been addressed.

Staff was awesome, room was nice. Beds were very comfortable. We received an upgrade (whirlpool tub) at check in. They are remodeling, but it was quiet. Area wasn't great, but they had around the clock security and cameras. Outside door (closer to our room) was not working, pool/spa were closed, but the breakfast they provided was very diverse and well stocked.

My husband and I stayed here after a late flight into portland and left around 4am to drive out to Olympic. Our flights were long, we came from Texas and had a lay over. We really just wanted somewhere comfortable to rest after a grueling commute and this was perfect. The bed was comfy and the guy at the front desk was really nice. Can't beat that price for that comfortability.

everything! from the first interaction at check in to check out and all points in between, everyone was great.

the pool was under construction or out of service and I didn’t know that or i probably would’ve stayed somewhere with a pool that was in service as my 6 year old had several promises made to her about swimming. also there was a strange man in an old yellow pickup that seemed to squat there or maybe live there?

nice staff, decent facilities, too bad the pool/hot tub are closed, typical two star hotel breakfast included which was good, clean, quiet, convenient to freeway and mall.

I didn’t like that they charged me an extra $40+ to change the date of our stay to three weeks later, when it was plainly obvious that there were plenty of vacancies.

The location is great and the staff were extremely friendly. The TV in our room had been broken by previous guests (no fault of the hotel, it wasn't visible until turned on) and the lady from the front desk was so fast to find us a new one and help us set it up, and so social and nice while doing so. Also, the bath tub in our room was fantastic (I'm not sure if all rooms have Jacuzzis or if I accidentally booked one that did). They are huge. My 2 year old daughter had an absolute field day in her bath. The double queen room also had a nice seating area with a coffee table that was a nice space for my toddler to play and for us to eat our takeout after our 22 hour drive.

It's not a luxurious hotel, but I have no legitimate complaints.

Our stay was very comfortable regardless the renovations going on. The hotel is clean and our room was very spacey with fridge, microwave n sofa bed. Staff was very friendly also available any time of day you called for anything. Breakfast was yummy hot scramble, fat sausages, fluffy waffles n so much more. Gas station n Mongolian grill less than a minute walk. It's close to so much more. The mall is a 7 min walk.

The area/view not all that but the mall is right next door.

Too many kids in the pool. Not really anyone's fault. Just was a busy weekend is all.

The room was great! I took my granddaughters there for a girls overnight fun night. We ordered in for dinner, The girls auntie stopped by. We ate junk food and had a lot of fun. The only bummer is that the pool area was closed for remodeling. We were amazed by all of the food choices at the breakfast buffet.
