The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and new. My son used the pool and it was perfect. The customer service lacked! The front desk was rude. Was on the phone when we arrived didn’t thank us for our wait hardly even looked at us. Literally didn’t look up. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast was delightful. Said good morning and asked how we were. It’s the small things that matter and in my opinion take very little energy but is so appreciated. The front desk seemed put out and obviously hates her job.

Everything was great. We didn’t have any complaints or concerns. The front staff was very helpful. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and breakfast, since we were traveling with kids. The breakfast was also very generous!

The location. We are from out of town. So we don’t know the area. There was a lot of homeless outside at night. We forgot our travel fan. We called up front and they dont have fans. We all need a fan to sleep. That was the only thing that was a bummer.

Very impressed. Extremely comfortable, roomy and clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing.

Although I didn't notice until driving down first towards town in the morning, the neighborhood was rather unpleasant. I didn't experience any problems with my stay, though, and felt perfectly comfortable. Would suggest traveling an alternate route to get to downtown other than 1st..

Staff was amazing and very helpful with all requests. Breakfast was really good and filling. Check in and out was very efficient and had us on our way quickly.

room had a very strong stale cigarette odor that was difficult to overcome. New coffee machine wasn't working yet so coffee was not easy to find in the morning.

Good clean rooms. Nice clean pool and property.

Nothing the hotel can do. But the pool had unsupervised youth who were throwing balls and hitting other guests including myself and my husband, so we opted to leave the pool. Not the hotels fault at all!

From the moment we checked-in the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was very cl;ean and comfortable with plenty of room. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, was nicely presented and tasty. We used the work out facilities but not the pool and the room was clean and cool.

Continental breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, ability to make both pancakes/waffles, juices, milk, packaged pastries, apples, coffee and other hot beverages (hot bevs open 24/7) etc. breakfast served from 7-10 am Room (two double) had nice beds and nice tv with fridge and separate couch with pull out (though my daughter just slept on couch). Desk area as well. Bathroom had commode/shower separate from sink area which was nice for multiple people use. We were on first floor and didn’t experience a lot of noise even though super close to freeway entrance/exit. Girls used swimming pool and hot tub - they also have an exercise room. It’s not really walking distance to any central area but only a mile or two from stores/shopping/convention center. I’d stay again with no problem.

Because we booked online through third party we were not able to get the convention rate though they indicated all of that block of rooms sold out.

We loved our stay at Best Western. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is central yet quiet. We loved that the hot tub and pool was open 24/7, so we got to enjoy it even though we checked in really late. 10/10, would stay again.

Friendly staff person that greeted us. She did not wear a name tag I don't believe. Helpful and offered water. Told us all the necessary things. Offered extra blankets. Great breakfast!!! Easy check out and that person was also super friendly...engaging.

Neighboring room was loud. When the let their door slam it made our door jump. Remote did not turn on TV had to do it manually. A bottle of alcohol was left on the shelf from previous guest which led me to feel room wasn't properly turned over. I forgot to trash it 🙃
