The staff at check-in was very helpful. The room had instant hot water and the water in the hot tub was actually hot, just like at home. The room had chairs and a table so we could have coffee together in the morning. There are adjustable book lights on each side of the bed. The room, bed, and pillows were comfortable. It is a good location if you want to walk. There are restaurants, breweries, and stores all within a half mile of the hotel. I left with a very positive feeling for this part of Yakima and will stay at the hotel again on road trips. I read a lot of reviews that mentioned the homeless population in Yakima as a negative, that made people feel unsafe and we did not find this to be true at all. We live in a city so have a different perspective perhaps, but we never felt at risk and our beautiful car was still completely beautiful when we left.

A couple of small things could make the stay nicer. There was only 1 K-cup when we got to the room, but we had some of our own so did not ask for more. Since the sink is not in the room with the shower, having 2 soaps would be best or switching to a shower gel and the bar of soap stays at the sink.

They are newly renovated and are beautifully done. Very modern yet homey. 24 hour pool and hot tub is perfect!! I wish more hotels had similar 24 hour amenities. Staff was very courteous and friendly. My room included a door bell that not only rang but flashed a light in the room so that deaf guests knew when someone was at the door. And the signs in the hallways and room included brail. Very inclusive hotel and this brings me great joy and pride.

The elevator could use a daily cleaning done. That is my only negative comment.

The rooms are clean & the bed is very comfortable. There is breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 every morning that consists of sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast, English muffins, bagels, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, biscuits & waffles. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but let's just say you won't be hungry when you leave. All of the staff from housekeeping to the front desk attendants are very courteous, helpful & inviting especially Eric. This was our second time staying & we stayed for 2 nights each time. The Hotel was in the process of being remodeled during each of our stays but other than seeing some of the construction workers, who were nice & courteous, the occasional sounds of power tools & signs stating that construction is under way we barely noticed. I think I heard noise maybe 4 or 5 times in the 4 days we were there & to be honest it wasn't even that loud. We definitely plan on staying again in the near future. This will be our go to destination when we're seeking some quiet time away.

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the Ramada Inn of Yakima.

I really thought the beds were very comfortable.And slept very well. I enjoyed the pool that it was open 24 hours.That was a bonus, I did not care where the towel rack was In the room because that was the only one they had and it was right over the toilet paper would get wet, Also I felt it needed more places to hang things in the bathroom.

The renovations are great, rooms were nicely done and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool! Nice continental breakfast too.

The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy and I was a little concerned about my car overnight in the parking lot. It looked like there was a security gate but I couldn't tell if it ever was closed?

front desk staff did the necessary but not super welcoming. Booked king room said it had 2 beds but didn't. Front desk fixed it right away so that was good, but it wasn't pleasant experience intracting with staff to get it fixed but am grateful they fixed it - website is wrong

Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was typical, but hot and tasty. Indoor Sunroom style Pool and Hot Tub we're great. Perfect temperatures and open 24 hours. Towels were not readily available. I kept the one I used so that resolved that issue. Elevator was roomy and quick. A/C was strong (it was hot outside too, so we were thankful).

No coffee pods in our room. Ask for some, and were given a handful by the front desk when we came back that afternoon. Our room was not made up until the evening of our last day. Perhaps I missed the protocol for requesting cleaning. Or they might be a little short-staffed. It is a 100% non-smoking facility (as advertised) but quite a bit of pot smell in the 4th floor. I understand that policy is awkward to police for the staff.

Good hotel. Being updated and we were lucky to stay in an updated room. Staff is super kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Centrally located so we were able to walk most places.

The hotel is still an old renovation in a not super great neighborhood, but it didn't keep us from parking and walking most places nearby.

The indoor pool and hot tub being open 24hrs. The great front desk service(which is why Im booking again). I liked my room very much. It was what Id expect at a Hotel costing 3 times as much.

Not very much. I guess they could stock rooms with fresh light roasted (Ethiopian)Yergachefe coffee. And I suppose they connect the building to Both Lowes and Target stores. But you see all of these things are unreasonable to expect.

I loved the hot tub and pool 24 hr, friendly service, comfortable bed, very nice room, breakfast was amazing. Maybe next biscuits and gravy might be an idea or french toast for more ideas

I wish there is a room with jacuzzi in the room, and the pool could be a little warmer. The windows in pool area didn't have screens so there were little bugs floating in pool
