For the price the hotel itself was in very good condition and located far enough away from the interstate, so no traffic noise. The staff greeted me and was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and large. Bathroom towels were soft and big, and the little supplies were a bonus. The continental breakfast hours were expansive, and the menu included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, milk, bagels, muffins and possibly even yogurt. 24/7 tea and coffee. It's impossible to leave the hotel hungry!

Regarding the TV, I did not see a list of the channels offered for the TV in the room.

Everything was amazing. Staff was pleasant and very friendly. Breakfast was amazing and loved the different variety of foods and drinks and you can easily make your own waffles in two easy steps. Bed was super comfy. Loved the reading nook in front of the window. Loved the placement of the tv. The bathroom was gorgeous and very spacious. All of it was great. The location is great and surrounded but restaurants, shopping centers, mall, gas stations. Everything was amazing and will definitely be coming back !!

NOTHING. People complain about there not being a microwave in the rooms but there is one on the ground floor accessible at all times so it really is no big deal! It was all amazing

All of the staff were super welcoming and kind, happy to assist whenever was needed and if there was any issues had them resolved incredibly quick. Had an issue one evening around 2am when the door lock machine stopped working (only the master key could open it, we tried several different keys) the guy on the front desk that evening had us moved to a different room right away and even bought up the luggage trolly so we could get moved over without it causing any issues but gave us the option to stay in the room and have maintenance come to fix the door.

Would have been nice to have a slightly wider breakfast selection

We really loved our stay at Microtel! As soon as we arrived we had a very friendly staff member checking us in and the rooms were very comfortable! The location was amazing, located around plenty of food options and gas stations which was very convenient for us being on a road trip to fill up the tank before we left in the morning. Not far from the things we were wanting to see and do which was great as well and area definitely felt safe. Showers were nice and big and the rooms were extremely clean.

The only downside was that our air conditioner wasn't seeming to work properly - it would keep automatically turning off even though we didn't have it on the auto setting so the room did get quite stuffy (luckily there was a window) but made for quite hot warm sleeps at night.

booked a handicapped accessible room. Wide doors great . Toilet higher and grab bars and shower seat, functional . No shelves though for sundries in bathroom around sink . What are we supposed to do with our bathrooms supplies? Need to install a couple of shelves around the sink

too much furniture in the room. difficult to maneuver around all the furniture in there with a wheel chair.

The bed sheets were very white and the bedroom was clean. The location was close to the highway and gas station, and there were restaurants and fast food restaurants nearby. It was very quiet.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathtub, the bathtub did not drain smoothly, and there were wine bottles discarded by the previous guests in the trash can. It felt like the bathroom was not cleaned.

Location was great! Close to I79 and easy to get on and off. Gas stations close. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance. We tried the Irish pub, Meaghers, and the food and prices were fantastic.

Everything was great! So clean, and modern. Room was a bit small and didn’t have a fridge or coffee maker or microwave. But coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and accommodating. We drove all night from Florida and wanted an early check in and they got us in no problem. The breakfast was really good, better than your normal breakfast!

The rooms were very clean but I did have to clean the remote as it was very dirty. Also the ice bucket had a few hairs in it so I washed it. Other than that the room was very clean and smelt great.

Great experience except the key didn't work to the room, I was given another room and everything was great! Housekeeping made my bed and replaced linens; usually hasn't been done since Covid. I appreciate it

Refrigerator in the room would be better

The 24/7 coffee was a lovely perk, and the breakfast was excellent--a good way to grab a bite for free!

I wish this facility had King beds available! The Queen bed is totally fine, but it'd be nice to have a slightly larger bed.
