We have been here before. They are in the middle of an upgrade. Clean rooms very neat. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Friendly staff.

We booked this well in advanced and did request a 1st floor room., but when we arrived, they only had the 3rd floor rooms. Very disappointed. Also, since the 3rd floor was updated, but there were NO cups for water, If you wanted one you had to go down to the lobby and fine one. Not good. They need to put more cups in the room. Also, the fridge in our room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. These need to be check regularly. These are minor problems and I sure they can fix it. My rate is 8.

The beds pillows mattress were the best . Maybe you can tell me the brand mattress and I can get some at home and finallly have a good nights sleep 😀

The breakfast ran out of biscuits and sausage and bagels at 7:30. I didn’t grade them down for that because it happens if there’s a rush

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. Joel was clean. Parking availability was good. Check in and out wss efficient and quick. All front desk personnel were great as were every other employee we had intersection with. Breakfast employee, Maid service etc. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Quiet area, near restaurants and hyway. Room was spacious, with plenty of coffee plus. Cosy couch and desk. Very nice place to stay. Plus a buffet breakfast that was plenitful.

Unfortunately we had a noisy heater in the room.

Breakfast was ok. I have to eat gluten free and I would love to see more options to meet those on a special diet.

Early in the morning the smoke alarm went off and we thought it was someone’s alarm clock. We learned at breakfast it was a smoke alarm.

The breakfast was good. There was hot food including bacon, eggs, pancakes, gravy and sausage. In addition biscuits, cereal, muffins, and assorted fresh fruit were provided.

The carpet in the room needed a deep cleaning.

Super friendly staff, a spotless clean room and beds. A great breakfast. 2nd floor was under renovations, and we didnt even notice. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed We were hoping for a piece of fruit, there was none. Also prefer pancakes or waffles,again there wasn’t either. The only warm food was dry egg and cheese omelet and sausage links. I don’t care for either. I had a cinnamon roll and o j. Photos online show a pancake maker and a larger choice of food.

A non working hot tub. Online photos show a pool and hot tub and no mention that it wasn’t working. The pool and hot tub is the reason we chose this hotel, so that was very disappointing

The breakfast was delicious, hot, and provided lots of options for various dietary needs. I was very happy to be able to have breakfast even though I arrived in the lobby later than 9 am.

the rooms were big. We really love that the bathroom products were the brand Dove , and we liked the pump bottles on the shower wall. we have never seen that before and we thought that was fantastic!
