The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and the facility is very well organized, clean and easy to access. Everything is updated and beautiful. It is a small property but a great use of space everywhere. The mini-golf was not open because of the season but it was beautiful out front.

Continental breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Some cream cheese or peanut butter would have been nice for the bagels. Maybe a bit of fruit (bananna, apple, orange). It was just a little sparse. The coffee was good and plentiful 24/7.

Clean, comfortable-especially the bed—all as expected. And they even have grab and go breakfast items. They also have excellent Wi-fi (though hardly “secured” so have your own security app) and a full scope of cable channels (CNBC, which isn’t usually in basic).

Not a complaint really, but worth mentioning: I asked to reserve the room in person, was quoted a price, was told it was the only room left, then wound up booking online for a LOT less, and a better room. Maybe that’s just the way it is. Lesson learned.

Size of rooms. Mini golf on site was a bonus. Staff was nice.

Dishes were not clean in our kitchen unit. The advertised breakfast was very very limited...a bagel or cereal with chocolate milk...no regular milk available. While the lady from the front desk said she'd go to the store and get regular milk, it was not what we expected. What was anticipated for the cost of our included breakfast was something with a little protein...not a tiny bagel or cold cereal with no regular milk :( In our opinion it was not value for the money.

We had a great stay - very clean and comfortable room, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and a very hot shower. The beds and bedding were quite comfortable, although the pillows were really thick and fluffy (just not our preference). The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent for enjoying the area. We are hoping to make this family trip an annual tradition and plan to stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous! The folks at the front desk was extremely helpful in directing us to Dolly Sods as well as other great attractions in the area. The additional stop to Lindy Point at Blackwater Falls was well worth the additional stop. The room exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable. The entire room looked newly remodeled. I had left an item in our room upon leaving. I called and Lizy said they will mail it to me. Becca was also a great help at the front desk. It was such a great experience all around I am looking forward to going back.

Absolutely nothing.

The facilities were clean and very nice. Shower was very pretty and clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved it that there was a couple of places to eat within walking distance. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved the putt-putt course. Gas station right across the street. Everything you need is right there within walking distance!

The breakfast was sub-par. More like a continental breakfast. During the week is low quality. I thought the weekend was better, they had sausage gravy and biscuits as well as pumpkin spice coffee and hot choc. There were virtually no gluten free options for men/heavy eaters. They had fruit and I think they had yogurt but that was all for gluten free.

I booked this last minute for a weekend getaway and was surprised to find that we got an entire apartment for the price of a regular hotel room elsewhere. It was clean and huge, very cozy, had everything we needed. Wish i could stay longer!

I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast tbh, I only had coffee in my room and skipped the food, there wasn't much to choose from just some toast and packaged sweet rolls.

Clean room. Very nice presentation in lobby of inn (snacks, drinks, breakfast each morning, couch and tv in waiting area, some helpful brochures on town of Davis and things to do nearby). Mini-fridge in room, hair dryer, lots of bath towels, shampoo conditioner and body soap dispensers in shower, makeup remover wipes on counter, ice bucket, ironing board, closet, nightstands with receptacles on them, tv, wifi, desk with chair.

There really wasn’t much of anything that we didn’t like! If we had to ‘knit-pick’ one thing though I guess it would be the noise level. We were in a room down the hall from the registration desk which got kinda loud, as well as an annoying beeping noise from something in that direction. But we didn’t have any trouble sleeping!

Most everything was great, from the staff to the clean rooms, great location, the fresh cookies and lemonade as you enter. Mini golf was great, too! We would definitely recommend this place and return for another visit.

We were on the first floor near the lobby, and the noise in the room was echoing loudly from people talking. They were not being loud per say. It just echoed through the hallway. The ice machine was noisy as well. I think if the hallway was carpeted, it would cut down on some of the noise. Just constructive criticism.

The Inn was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and each interaction with any of them was great. The Inn wasn't too large, so you weren't overrun with other people. Parking was great.

The only complaint (and it isn't really something that the Inn could control) was that we had some neighbors who were constantly bumping into the walls or floor in their room (probably had younger kids), as it sounded like kids being playful. They were not rowdy, but the walls are not really great at masking sounds from other areas. Other than this one minor issue--we absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. Would definitely stay again!
