Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, there was a slight scheduling mishap with our requested room type. This was not due to anyone’s fault and beyond the control of the staff. However, they were very accommodating and worked to ensure that the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. And I stress that the issue was with scheduling and type of room, nothing more significant. After the fact, the staff checked with us to make sure everything was ok with our room and that we were enjoying our stay. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and a good value. Breakfast was ok, I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Restaurant/lounge was nice too, when it was open. Property did well to keep up with the winter weather and the parking was plowed and salted fairly quickly when a winter storm moved in. Staff was able to point me in the right direction to find the local liquor store (located inside the Exxon) which made the winter snow storm easier to endure.

There was a mismatch between what I paid for on Booking.com and what was actually available at the property. One of the towers was closed for the winter, which is where the room I purchased was located. There was some initial hesitation to provide a comparable room, but another staff member immediately intervened and ensured I got a relatively comparable room which I was happy with. There was also confusion over when the restaurant/lounge was open based on "winter hours" which resulted in some inconvenience. I had planned to have dinner there during the winter storm and didn't find out until the evening that it was actually closed.

Breakfast was excellent. Gentleman serving was very friendly. Very clean and comfy beds. Liked that all bedding was white and washable. Beautiful view.

RESTAURANT was closed because it was New years day,, we had to pay more, and we had to go out and find somewhere to eat. The dinner restaurant is one of the reasons we stop here. Also the bathroom counter was very small. Would have liked it bigger so we had a place to set our cosmetic bags

Far exceeded the expectations that have been set by other Days Inn that I've stayed. Great hot breakfast, wonderful view from the backyard, clean modern rooms - it was great value-for-money.

Checking in I was greeted by. Very pleasant man ,sorry don't remember his name , we checked in on December 31 round 7:30, the room ( 415) we had was very clean and comfortable, the following morning we had the complimentary breakfast, which was definitely one of the best we've had at a hotel, We were very pleased with our stay and we're loving the bears in the lobby and the Almost Heaven and Country Roads swings , if we're ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again , Thank you for making our stay wonderful 😊

The hotel was very clean, well lit and located close to plenty of fun things to do. The staff were amazing as well. Very friendly and super helpful. We had spent the day on the lake and I got extremely sunburned. We didn't have any meds/gels/creams for sunburn with us, so we were just gonna run to Walmart and get some aloe Vera. Upon hearing this, a security officer got out a first aid kit and got me a bottle of burn gel. Worked amazingly and I was finally able to get a few hours of rest in the big comfy bed. Loved everything about our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I did not eat the breakfast, but I did notice that it did not contain as much as it use to. I went in the dining room to get a chocolate milk like I normally did on my former stays and there was none.

We were not informed before our trip that we needed to have the full amount of our stay on a credit card. We always travel with just cash in case any banking issues happen and we are far from our bank. Luckily, we had family living in the area that used their credit card and we paid in cash on checkout. The front desk people said that the policy was instated 3 weeks ago because of counterfeit money. They could have at least sent us an email. It was a big hassle. They even said that they have had to turn travelers away because of this.

The breakfast is always top notch. Especially the biscuits. The room with the balcony was a great view. Nice clean room, the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating.

The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall in the bathroom. The pool had so much chlorine in it, you could smell it before you got in it. The pool water probably needs to be changed. My family and I stay there last September, the cost was around $200 for 2 nights. This spring it was $350 for 2 nights, and the only thing different was we had a balcony this time.

Spacious handicap suite with above average accommodations and the roll-in shower was well made and easy to use. Staff was quite helpful and friendly, especially Laura at the desk who helped us get into our room and brought our luggage to us on the carrier unsolicited. The hot breakfast buffet was also above average with an interesting and good burrito, among other things.

The back door didn't provide key access and didn't stay open without wedging the door open, making loading and ynloading awkward even though a handicap space was adjacent.

The staff was not only friendly, but also delivered excellent customer service. All the staff members we came in contact with spoke & greeted us with a smile. And the ladies that were on duty for breakfast & lunch went above and beyond. They were so helpful & accommodating with an alternative option for lunch for my child due to food allergies. The restaurant staff provided us with a wonderful dining experience. Keep up the great work!!!!
