From the moment we walked in, Josh, the manager at the front desk was warm and welcoming. He quickly got us checked in and helped me register for the Bonvoy program so that we can earn points for future stays. Josh also shared about the indoor pool/gym hours and when the breakfast bar would be open. While they were unable to provide the typical continental breakfast due to kitchen issues, the staff provided plenty of pre-packaged items (yogurts, bagels, muffins, sausages, etc). The coffee was good too.

For a King bed, there were only 4 small square pillows. However, that is a “first world” problem and everything else was more than satisfactory. We didn’t hate the amazing mountain view from the 5th floor ; )

Cleanish and the staff was amazing

We found a bra behind the couch, my daughter who stayed in another room had to change rooms bc of a broken bed, and the other daughter had a broken shower rod. Had to wait for the pool to open which wasn’t a big deal but it was an half hour later than they said and when you have littles that’s a long time to wait.

Josh, the clerk on duty at check-in, was extremely helpful in getting us the right room for our party. We had several other requests throughout the evening that he handled quickly and efficiently. The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast area was always well stocked and the food was good.

The bathroom sink had a ring of black mold around the drain and only a partial roll of toilet paper. Overall a good stay.

The bed was very comfortable!! The pool also was very clean and was a nice way to end the day after walking around the town all day. it was relaxing. The front desk was so very helpful on places to visit and see. super nice and welcoming. receptionist was the best and really knew how to make you feel at home even at a hotel.

The hot tub had too much chlorine. my eyes burned after maybe five minutes. I could feel sand or dirt under my feet and the.l bottom on one spot felt broken. Very green too.

A rather unique suite design that made the most of the space available. Whomever prepares the breakfast should go on the road teaching other hotel cooks how to prepare scrabbled eggs! the best I've ever had in any hotel - and in most restaurants.

As seniors, we need night lights in the rest room. We carry one with us, but there was no outlet in the actual toilet room. This is something that should be considered in future designs.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel was very nice, it was clean, and the pool and hot tub were the best. But what stood out to us was the very sweet employee Jerimah not spelled if spelled right. He is the best

THEY DID NOT EXCEPT CASH FOR THE ROOMS,

By and large, the property was pretty nice, although I didn’t like how it was located in such a place that you would (as the popular saying goes) “blink and miss it.” In order to get there, you have to make a very sharp right turn and go straight up the hill that is Anthoni Street. Despite that, however, everything appeared to be maintained to Marriott’s strictest quality standards, from the parking lot all the way to the in-room coffee maker. Bravo, folks!

As I’d stated above, I didn’t like how SpringHill Suites was tucked away in such a manner that rendered it somewhat difficult to find, even though there was a fairly big sign which acknowledged its presence on National Road (U.S. 40). That said, that was my sole gripe about this otherwise-superb hotel. I would happily stay there again!

The hotel was beautiful & clean staff was excellent.

The location. The area is absolutley terrible. Very run down worse that the hood areas from where I'm from. Junkies, hookers & panhandlers every 2 feet. Not to mention the gigantic hill u have to drive up to even get to the hotel. If the hotel itself wouldn't have been nice we would have left the minute we got there.

They breakfast was frozen foods d/t kitchen being down for remodeling but it was not bad

Tried to print tickets from the computer in motel when I asked why it wouldn't print front desks answer was I don't know. Not real helpful with the situation

Very clean and well maintained except for pool area.

The bath tub is a law suit waiting to happen. Bottom of the tub is very slick the grab bar is at the end of the shower where the toilet is so you can’t get out on that end. The swimming pool area was neglected. The pool didn’t look very clean. Th hot tub was out of order and looked like it was filled with swamp water. Free breakfast-milk wasn’t out of date but definitely spoiled. Only one choice of jelly. No bacon!! 😧
