super clean

we ask for two bottles of water when we were leaving because the machine didn’t work(kept taking our money and not giving us the water) and the front desk lady was extremely rude and it seemed to stress her out to give them to us, although she did she was rude and unfriendly in her actions! really off putting for an otherwise great stay!

Hotel was spotless as well as the room, room was spacious, staff was accommodating, location was great, many restaurants close to choose from. Walmart was also close if you needed a store.

I think our room was next to the washer and dryers so we had a vibrating feeling when we where on the bed from the machines.

What we like the most was that the rooms were spacious the bathrooms had a nice big vanity, very clean, staff was very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was a plus we enjoyed it each morning. Accommodations were 10 and every way. We will be back

There was really nothing we didn't like

It was super clean, modern, roomy, great amenities, and just one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Excellent service, prices and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was super nice. The room and experience was perfection.

I don’t really have any complaints. The Walmart parking lot across the way was my view but that’s it. There really isn’t anything to complain about. This place is perfection

It was extremely clean, nice and modern. The breakfast was solid! This was a very nice place to stay on a road trip through Moundsville.

The pillows were annoyingly small. They were the size of couch accent pillows. This was impactful to getting quality rest.

Very comfortable accommodation in good location. Walmart right next door but not too close. Plenty of eating options nearby (walkable). Breakfast was excellent. We were impressed. Ideal for our overnight stay.

For us, everything was fine.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfy. We were in town for a wedding at the grand vue resort and it was only 5 minutes away. Location is excellent, next to Walmart and plenty of restaurants. Was able to check in almost 2 hours early.

Our room was right next to the cleaning closest so it was a bit noisy early in the morning.

It’s in a great location to visit the WV Penitentiary and close to Walmart, Dunkin and other restaurants. It’s easily accessible, clean, quiet and comfortable. We travel a lot and it’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, rooms are clean and fresh.

They did not offer a bereavement rate to us upon check in. Although it was posted, several vehicles backed in spots and let vehicles idle for 15+ minutes every morning before dawn.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Moundsville. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, and the water pressure was great. The beds were comfortable as well. The hotel is next to Walmart and Buffalo Wild Wings, which made it easy to get food and gas.

Everything was great!
