The location is great, the two rooms are a good size, and the beds are very comfortable. I liked that there were extra towels already without having to ask for it. I love having work station, coffee and frig in room. Didn't have breakfast this stay, but it's been good in the past. I like having it as an option, and very happy to have fitness center with pool. The facilities are really good.

We had late check-in that took 20+ minutes, too long for tired travelers. Rooms were not previously assigned and we had requested rooms close to each other, but the woman at the desk accommodated us, which was part of what took so long. Would have liked more outlets on/near nightstand by beds to plug multiple devices. The shower curtain smelled AWFUL - very stale like dirty socks, and it was hard to feel clean in the bathroom with the smell. The shower curtain bottom showed orange mold Recommend spraying curtains with cleaner each cleaning to kill bacteria that hangs on to damp things. The AC ran well, but it was hot out so the air felt a little damp, but not horrible. The shower curtain smell was the worst of our issues.

Staff very professional. We heard what sounded like a fan running in our room and couldn't figure out where to turn it off. The maintenance guy showed us and the front desk where/how to turn it down. It blows air from the AC unit into the rest of the room. Should have a sign on the little knob on the wall - turn your fan down!

We had car issues, flat tire, and had to have our car towed to get a new tire. Asked if they could pick us up at the tire store and they said no. No very customer service friendly in that regard. Unusual circumstances. Period.

The room was white and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Could have used a few more pillows but had such a fantastic sleep. There was tasteful decor and great room ventilation. The hot tub was so HUGE and so perfectly hot. It was glorious!!! There was a great balance on the chemicals because it did not have that high chlorine smell, and there was no nasty froth when the jets were on, and most importantly, my eyes were not burning. The front desk person and all staff we encountered were so very friendly. Plus we had a noon checkout time, which was awesome.

The breakfast meat tasted sour. But other than that, it had some nice options.

The breakfast was very good and the madam of the kitchen did a great job. Location of the property suits for the work that we were in town to do. The fact that all the amenities were in order and functioning is a leap ahead of most of the competition out there.

I can't really think of any complaints on the rooms or facility. Me along with 4 of my colleagues stayed at this location and will do so for any future service work in this area as well.

Our stay was two nights. This is the best hotel we have stayed in while in Appleton and we have stayed in many here. Very clean and spacious. It was so comfortable that we actually enjoyed hanging out in the room and relaxing. Pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The room had everything we needed. When my husband forgot his toothbrush the front desk gave him one along with toothpaste. Front desk personnel were always friendly and greeted us when we came in. Other staff was also very pleasant.

There wasn't anything that disappointed us here.

I was concerned about noise because we were so close to (and our room was on the same side as) a major road. That was not a problem. We loved the divided room with bedroom in one area, bathroom and small walk through to sofa set and television area. Far more room that we expected. Breakfast was included and enjoyable.

They have done remodeling since we last stayed there and the hotel was beautiful. Our room was very impressive and CLEAN and exceeded our expectations. We had a room with a king size bed, couch. Layout enabled privacy between the two with our own tv's with sterilized remotes. Very comfy bed, new blackout/or sheer roll down shades to meet your personal preference, Their breakfast was the best we have ever had at any hotel. Omelets ,bacon, potatoes, waffles, etc! If anyone left their breakfast hungry I would say they have a problem! The staff were all very friendly! They were always ready to help with anything! Very nice people! Great location, close to everything we wanted.

Very clean and location was excellent.

The TV can only be viewed from the bed. The couch was at the opposite end of room and the microwave/refrigerator cabinet stuck out and obstructed view. The dresser/TV stand should be reversed, allowing TV to be seen by both the couch and bed.

Checkin was simple and friendly/professional. Breakfast was good but because I came late during the breakfast service time some hot items were gone. Still a good experience and plenty of other choices. Staff was friendly and very helpful no daily maid service but not an issue for me. Bath accessories were excellent and snacks and drinks were good. Coffee always available and hot. Overall good experience, no complaints.

I enjoyed my stay and do not have no issues that were close to deal breakers for this venue. Thanms for a pleasant stay.

We loved the Staff, especially Sam at the Front Desk who checked us in and Dylan who was the on duty through our stay. Both were great help and service. Hot tub and room and breakfast were all wonderful. Will come back again.

Pool water temperature is freezing and never gets warm.Please raise the temperature of your pool water.
