My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean. They have no pool but a nice hot tub for relaxation, and its quiet. Its a great location with the mall across the street, many shops restaurants and places to visit around the area. The breakfast is good. Eggs sausage and waffles was my fav. They have coffee all day. The service was good and overall we really enjoyed our stay. We got the queen suite and it had lots of space. It was very affordable and comfortable stay.

My bed was very comfortable, the towels were nice and thick, which I appreciate.

Outlets by the bed weren’t very accessible- a plug/charging station on the bedside tables would be nice. I am unsure if I had a pet friendly room or not, but the room smelled a little bit of dog. So if it was those rooms need to be deodorized.

Everything super clean,fresh, staff very friendly and helpful. Very professional and willing to engage in short chats.

The bed was extremely firm not very comfortable and nothing much to speak of for blankets on bed. Vending machines were out of order

our coffee maker in the room did not work, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom

Had a quiet room for much needed rest after a long delay on an incoming flight . Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from 😀

The room was spacious. The breakfast offered more than I expected. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The neighbor was a little noisy but quieted down later. There was only 1 regular coffee and 2 decaf available in the room.

It was clean and quiet.

It had to try 2 rooms- first one the tub faucet was leaky; second door was propped open and windows were open - looked as if it was being aired out. When I did get to my room everything was good.

Everything was fine. The thing that bothered me was the HEAVY FOOTED person or persons up stairs. People need to remember a hotel is not home and should respect other persons space. Didn't stay for breakfast. To many people sitting around and I wanted to respect to 6 foot distance. To many people around to do that. Room was good. Clean, bed was good. Got into reading (cuz to loud to sleep) my book and fell asleep on top of the covers. I get there every once in awhile and will most likely stay there again.
