Initially upon arrival, I was concerned because they did not have my early check in request, but the lady at the counter took care of us quickly. We called down for more towels and received them almost immediately. At check out, it was completed quickly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean.

The elevators routinely had garbage in the corners, I'm sure this has more to do with the youth groups that were at the hotel. 1 elevator was out of service and the stairwell was not very well lit, so we waited for the elevators. The children in the pool were often not supervised and were very loud.

Loved the location. We were here for the Wisconsin state fair. The morning buffet was great. The reception lady that checked us in was very nice and welcoming.

Our room was not vacuumed at all their were rapers and I don't know what else on the floor. Other then that for the room it was good and clean. The morning staff for breakfast are not friendly. You ask a question and they snap at you like your stupid. The guy cooking the omelets was the only nice person there.

The breakfast was nice and there were quite a few choices, but we were looking forward to the made to order omelets and found they were completely out of cheese. It wasn't a huge deal for me, I still enjoyed the fresh veggies & things in mine, but it was quite a disappointment to some in our party and other guests. Things also could've been refilled in a more timely manner. The hot buffet had run out of plates, which we didn't realize till we'd waited in line. Once we finally got to the plates/food, we then found they were gone and we had to get out of line to search elsewhere for plates, then hop in line all over again. The location was nice and felt safe. There were other restaurants and businesses nearby, which we did not use since they weren't open late enough, but it would be convenient for other travelers. Our room was also very clean, which was much appreciated! Many hotels are lacking cleaning staff and are questionable these days. We appreciated the clean & comfortable accommodations. Rooms were also large & beautiful and we enjoyed the extra space since we were traveling with friends. We were all able to gather in our room to visit & enjoy snacks.

We were bummed there was no hot tub. Our fault for not reading closer, but we thought since there was a nice pool area there was likely also a hot tub. We were disappointed to put our suits on and get down there to find there wasn't a hot tub for relaxing. It also would have been nice if the bar/restaurant were open later. We returned from a late night concert and would've enjoyed some drinks & bites after.

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Only complaint were the hallways on our floor were not vacuum and were dirty. It was a great location and would stay here again.

It was so bright and airy. The staff were all very friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.

oInitially our suite bathtub was dirty. I contacted the customer service desk and they immediately sent someone up who thoroughly cleaned it. I really appreciated the promptness in redd see ponding to my request.

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful to correct concerns

The restaurant opened an half and half after it was scheduled. Room service was not working and I was charged twice for my stay.

Delicious breakfast. The hotel offer free drinks between 17:30-19:30

I stayed a week there but the room was clean just once.

The staff was so kind, upgraded our room, pool was nice, and breakfast was good.

The hot tub was closed, the bathroom floors were sticky (I’m sure from the cleaner), and the shower had mold/dirt stains.

The place was clean, the breakfast and complimentary drinks were outstanding. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

They closed the pool early because of too many unsupervised children. So we didn't get to enjoy that.
