The room was spacious and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the in-room safe, mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was super comfy with big soft pillows. The breakfast buffet was delicious with all my favorites. The fitness center and swimming pool were an added bonus for my stay. In addition, the staff members were all very helpful and pleasant.

My only complaint - the water pressure in the shower was a little low. I suspect that the hotel uses lo-flow fixtures for water conservation.

The hotel was super clean and the rooms were great. Our bed was comfy with great pillows too. The shower was large and immaculate. We felt it had a really great value for the cost.

The staff was pretty mediocre. The last morning we were there, the power went out and we had to get ready for the airport completely in the dark and with cold showers. We understand these things happen, and I was still planning on giving a five star review, however, as we left through the lobby, the employee behind the desk was sitting, wrapped in a sheet. I said hello and he just nodded back. I said to have a good day, and he said "I'm trying to." I was very put off at the lack of engagement and absence of customer service. No apology for inconvenience or are you guys okay? Just an indifference.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites because we were part of the 100,000 WE Energies customers who still had no power after 24 hours and needed a hot shower and a cool place to sleep. Take away my shower and one functional t.v. from my daughters and we're treading among the whitecaps my friend. They not only met our meager expectations (at that point a functional fan would have sufficed), but exceeded them. We were able to find comfort in a very uncomfortable situation.

Nothing comes to mind other than the $4 Diet Coke I purchased at the front desk and the ice machine not being located on our floor, but what can you do? I was grateful to have ice!

Excellent facilities + location. Room was quiet, well-appointed. Enough electrical outlets, well placed. Good breakfast. Professional, personable, attentive staff, especially Rebecca + Sam at the front desk + Joyce in the breakfast area. The staff handled the simultaneous lighting storm, tornado + fire alarm with professionalism + aplomb. Fire alarm: send guests outside; tornado: have guests shelter inside.

Petulant, professionally unhappy guest who complained about how the staff handled the commensurate fire alarm + tornado sirens.

I loved the cleanliness of the facility as well as the pool area. My son mentioned it was one of the cleanest pools he’d ever been in. It also was conveniently thought out, having a section with paper goods if you needed something in your room, and even a hot chocolate and coffee stand area. The beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE too! Loved that the rooms had fridge and microwave in it. A lot of hotels don’t offer both anymore.

Didn’t like the room had a tub and didn’t offer glass showers for twin queen rooms.

The ease of check-in and out. The breakfast was great, and the facilities were extremely clean.

Housekeeping came into our room at 8:00 a.m. to clean our room. This is extremely early for a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, my daughter was in there alone and was woken up by them.

Very comfy, very clean, and great location. Driving from Texas it was great that there were restaurants and a walmart near by. Oh, and an Oscars too!

This is a nice hotel, our room was extremely clean, large, with everything we needed, for our 2 night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is close to Milwaukee, and other tourist sites. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we really liked the modern look. But our favorite thing was the delicious breakfast with quite a large selection. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

Not a thing, everything was wonderful!.

Super clean and very new styling. Very comfy beds and pillows. Comforter was super warm. TV was big and modern. Breakfast was really good for a hotel of this level.

Too many light switches near the door. One may have been a master switch that turned everything off? Pretty confusing. That’s the only beef I had with the room.

When traveling to see friends in Milwaukee area Brookfield is convenient. The place is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast eceptional. No problems at all.
