The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Everything in the room was fully stocked and working properly. It was very quiet in my room even with the hotel being almost completely booked the entire weekend and with some of the guests bringing their dogs with them, so that was excellent! The staff I encountered were all very nice, friendly and helpful! They made me feel welcome and treated me as a very valued guest. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

I would just like to see more rooms and parking spaces designated for the handicapped. This is not strictly a La Quinta/Wyndham issue, it's a hospitality industry-wide issue. It was a busy weekend in the area so I was unable to book a handicap accessible room because all 4 were already taken. The room I did get was a distance from the elevator. It was spacious, but the bathroom was small & did not have safety bars which was a bit problematic for me. I was unable to find any parking space available in front of the hotel when I returned back there late in the evening on Saturday. I had to park near the back, a very long trek for someone with a walker. Not angry, just wish there were more handicap parking spaces & accessible rooms.

The room was clean & chemical fragrance-free! Water was soft. Bed was quite comfortable. The size of the room was good. Location near Interstate highway & easy exit was excellent!

Things I would change if I could: No doubt queen option. Building seems a little dated. Carpeting on floors is less desirable than cleaner tile flooring throughout on some newer hotels. The AC/heating unit was old and quite loud (not good), but luckily it wasn’t too hot out & we were able to open the window to get some fresh air

The location was close to the interstate which was good for us. The breakfast was ok, just missed bacon. The rooms are pretty soundproof, you can hear some noise but not a lot. However, the light coming around the door was excessive.

There's a big cobweb by the headboard of the bed by the window.

Breakfast was good. Excellent location to family in the area. Always a nice place ... clean, restful and a pleasure to stay at. Hotel should partner with the restaraunt in Delafield called Zin. A great dining experience that would benefit the hotel guests. Hotel is also close to shopping for those items you might need when traveling in the area.

Nothing. Great value and nice place to stay.

Breakfast was fine. Location was excellent--was attending a family event about 2 mi. away.

Communication. Received e-mail (from Booking.com) that said due to changing reservation , I had to pay $ or the reservation would be cancelled. This e-mail was received weeks after I stayed at La Quinta as originally scheduled and having paid for room in advance.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and accommodated my business needs, as well. Staff were excellent, as well. Exceeded my expectations. Had to leave early so was not able to take advantage of the breakfast, but it appeared to have several options with a large eating area. Thank you!

It has a great location just off the Freeway.

We had a storm go through and knock out the electricity at the hotel for 24+ hour period. They were not ready for this and those staying there did so without lights, AC (it was 95 degrees) and any food or drinks ( how hard would it have been to cater in coffee and some breakfast items?) They did reimburse about 1/2 of one nights rate but that did not make up for what their customers had to go through. This is why I have decided not to stay at this particular hotel again.

Night staff was great.

Went to check out in the morning. Stood at the desk while the staff member was obviously talking to someone on the phone about working there. I stood for quite a while then finally interrupted them to ask if I needed to do anything to check out and they said I didn't. I was never acknowledged or even given the "I'll be just a minute" sign. I probably stood there for ten minutes. Not very professional for someone who appeared to be a manager.

The breakfast was great, pool hot tub was nice! Like that they had doggy treats available in lobby at all times and had poop bags available at the doors.

We booked a Double Queen Room, when got there was told those rooms weren't available!! We were "upgraded" to a Mini King Suite instead which was ok but would've rather had what we booked and reserved instead

The place was really nice and very accessible to everything. The room I had was in the first floor which is I like the most easy to access to the dinning and to my car. The staff were smiling and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too .

One time when we went swimming the pool was empty of towels. Wish they put towels everyday.
