Comfortable room. Bed mattress was just right -- not too hard or soft. Quiet. Close to restaurants. Friendly check in person. Stayed here many times before (when it was The Antlers Inn), and the standards have remained consistent with my expectations.

Check in person could have been more prompt to check me in. The shower and tub were old and needed improvements. I was discouraged from using them. The sofa cushions were frayed (had holes). No coffee service in the room. Nothing for breakfast -- just hot water and coffee in the office. Certainly this could be improved. Wouldn't take much to do it.

The price was right! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious although it was rather dated. The king size bed was fabulously comfortable. The shower head was great although the bathroom was not large. The flat screen TV offered a large variety of news and other program choices.

There was no coffee pot set up in the room. No kind of breakfast of any kind available. Because we left before 6:00 am, we had to leaving this motel and start our day and our trip without any morning coffee.

This hotel is about the least expensive one can find in the area and I really needed to get off of the road given the hour. There is no breakfast to speak of (coffee and donuts) but I usually don't eat the breakfasts at hotels anyway. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was some noise when some late arrivals entered the room next to me and there doesn't seem to be adequate light available in the room if you aren't going to sleep right away or just vegging out with the TV.

I've stayed here a few times in the last few months and they have always been so kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and for being right next to a byway it's extremely quiet.

The housekeeper knocked unnecessarily hard and before I could even figure out what was going on she walked right in! I feel if someone is staying more than one night the patron is capable of asking for towels and anything else. I'm a very private person and the fact that the housekeeper is in my space without permission is very upsetting.

The room was very large and clean. There are big windows that brought in lots of natural light. Coffee and light continental breakfast was a nice addition.

Having a hair dryer and small coffee maker would be a nice touch. They actually clean your rooms every night of your stay. That hasn't happened since Covid, and I was surprised that someone came in. It was nice, I just wasn't expecting it.

This is a great motel for the price. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff, and excellent location. Couldn't beat the price. One of the nicest motels in Eau Claire!

There was no breakfast but I don’t want to pay for the usual unhealthy breakfast you get at hotels!

Better coffee than what they provide. I stayed two nights. One room was better than the second.

Great hotel! Difficult to get into with a trailer but good parking once you do. Clean, great staff, wonderful restaurants and grocery store within walking distance

I absolutely loved the service that was provided. The staff was absolutely helpful and kind. The rooms were extremely clean and so was the surrounding motel. It was a great price and exactly what I needed for the weekend. It is a motel so it does not have the bells and whistle‘s of a hotel but if you need a clean, good priced and nice place to stay I highly recommend.

Breakfast was only a donut and a banana, plus coffee. All donuts were gone after we each ate one. Would have liked a little variety. Felt like really bare bones. Coffee was good.

Needed a hair dryer. Otherwise everything good. Slight smoke smell - probably from people sitting outside to smoke. Air conditioner pulls outside air in when in operation.
