Room was clean, Kitchenette is perfect for travelers with children who need snacks, the pool was in good repair and clean, the breakfast was appreciated and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

neighboring rooms were very loud. We could hear the man snoring in another room. Thin walls? Outside noise in the parking lot from guests was loud on Saturday night.

The breakfast was good with many options and plenty of time to get there for food. We liked that the pool was shallow enough for our young kids to enjoy. The staff was helpful and friendly when we needed something.

We were disappointed the hot tub wasn't working. There were some other noisy guests near our room. At a few points I thought I could smell someone smoking in rooms near ours. We were disappointed with the utensils stocked for the kitchen. We felt there could have been a couple more cooking utensils.

The hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping. Easy check-in and friendly staff. The suite was perfect for a family of 4.

Very small pool. When in the hot tub, with it turned on,white foam would accumulate ontop the water, the vapors actually burned our eyes, perhaps too many chemicals? The pool was half the size of a normal hotel pool. It was not very warm either. My 3 year old lips turned blue while playing in it. Had to take her out to warm her up. My 7 year old got cold in the pool as well. Room was clean, but I did notice crumbs and dirt on the carpeting.

Had nice space

Outdated, dishes were in dishwasher but note SAID they were clean, door did not close on its own, luggage carriers were weird, couch looked like a pancake, main tv was at eye level of a one year old because it "covered" the former fireplace which still had ashes in it, not one usb port.

The room we had was excellent. The size and layout exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing--friendly and helpful. The ability to relax in the spa after a long day at a swim meet was extremely enjoyable.

Our only complaints would be that the breakfast not having any egg choice was disappointing and the bed definitely sunk in the middle. Having biscuit and gravy as a main option was not inviting to us as we were hoping for eggs. The bed did sink in the middle, making it a bit uncomfortable.

Very spacious rooms with large kitchenette with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Dishes, pots, etc. provided. Breakfast was good. In a prime location across from shopping centers, restaurants and gas stations.

Pool was very small and crowded

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! We asked for more towels for the pool and they brought them down immediately! My kids lived the new front desk man, he joked and kidder with them and they thought he was super nice! We we noticed the extra bedding was cheetah covered, we called and this same amazing desk attendant immediately brought us up a new one! The staff made the stay great! I completely understand staffing shortage is affecting every business, so the absolutely wonderful staff employed there completely made up for the less than perfect level of cleanliness!

The pool was TINY!! It looked WAY bigger on line! Deceiving picture. The hot tub was broken, the Jets didn't work. The extra bedding for the pull out couch was covered in cheetos. The floor was dirty, the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty even though the signage stated otherwise. The cupboards had crumbs all over in them, and the paper towel roll was dirty on either end.

absolutely everything was amazing! really great stay for a great price!

no biscuits and gravy, and our room wasn’t cleaned any day 😥 not sure if that is because of Covid? (I haven’t been in the states for a while so I’m not sure)

Room and ability to have a kitchenette and seating area

Couch was getting old but understood it was a pull out. Disappointed that advertised rate on booking did not match actual charge. Was quoted different price on booking and on check in was higher.

It was clean and the staff was always around when you needed them. That doesn’t happen most places today with short staffing. The staff were always helpful. I would definitely stay here again and thought it was a good value.
