The staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved having a full sized refrigerator and an oven so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The pool area was a lot of fun. Pool, hot tub and sauna were are clean and well maintained. The gift shop was nice. I’m glad you have frozen pizzas and snacks available.

When we got to our room the dishwasher was full and hadn’t been turned on. Literally my only complaint. So, we ran it and we were good to go afterwards.

I feel like updates are needed. Yes are cabinet in the kitchen must have had a lot of water damage from the dishwasher because there's water damage A good portion from the floor. Also, we had A lot of damage to the walls that probably could use repainting now. Cobwebs in rhe closets and behind doors. Have been there a while.

The resort was close to shopping, was a fun-2 bedroom condo/apt set up and was perfect for my family of 4! We each had our own bathrooms, there was a fire place and a nice walk out patio. The pools were great, and had a huge hot tub, which we all enjoyed. I would stay here again! There was free coffee and hot chocolate 24-7! Highly recommend.

We were a little put off when we first checked in and found a mouse trap in our bathroom. Made us a bit uneasy at first, but we didn't see any mice or droppings and thoroughly enjoyed everything else about the property and rooms/facilities.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool & the whirlpool (very clean too!). The location is fantastic! And very family-oriented, including price. Our 2-bedroom suite was the perfect size for 2 adults and a teenager.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable but definitely not horrible. Wish the outside pool was heated.

We found the location of this resort to be ideal, as we planned our visit around the Southern Door area. The main part of Egg Harbor is just a very short way from its quiet street. Spacious and well-appointed describes our suite, along with a large terrace with which to take in the breezes and view of their surrounding evergreen trees. The outdoor pool was a much welcome respite from a very warm, sunny afternoon. Though our suite was on the second floor, there were no worries toting our luggage thanks to their convenient carts and elevators. The always open refreshment area was also a nice touch. Very friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. We completely enjoyed our stay at Newport Resort.

Close to activities, not a huge property, easy parking, can walk to stores and restaurants. Super nice staff!! Clean. Nice pools and hot tub.

Only complaint is not having central air, unit in living room worked, but didn’t pull out humidity when really humid.

Love Newport, only place I stay. And refer it to multiple times.

Room 221....our fireplace didn't work the entire time. VERY disappointing. Ashley and Ken tried their best. Ken gave us 2 Newport Resort mugs.....but hardly is compensation for a 3 night stay with no fireplace.

The apartment had all that I needed.

The gym. The bike had a little seat so it was very uncomfortable. The weight machine had a string detached and it was never fixed in the 5 days I was there. There were some buckets with towels that it seemed to me that no one cleaned, it looked the same

nice suite. lots of room. I enjoyed the whirlpool.

there was a family in a room across from us with kids. kids made alit of hollering around the 1st day but at least got some enjoyment out of our room the second night. people need to control their kids a little better.

Loved the living area with fireplace. Having a kitchen was nice so that we could make breakfast each morning.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The bath tub had mold in the grout. Cleaning ladies entered our room at 9:30 the day of checkout when we had a late checkout.
