Everything! I first booked at Crossroads Motel to save money and that was my biggest mistake ever!! The water in the shower and sink of bathroom ran black. Then when they came to try and fix it, it smelled like sewer. they offered another room but the same water system is hooked to that room as well. I rebooked at Holiday inn through bookings.com and I will never again try to save money. I did ask the Crossroads Motel for a refund and they refused to give me one saying that I had to go through bookings.com when my reservation was cancelled due to invalid card. Crossroads management contributes to tell me that I have to contact bookings.com

Do NOT reserve or stay at Crossroads Motel In Elkhorn, WI!!! I was only trying to save money because I just relocated and took on a family property. I just went back to work because of that. plus because of the location and it being Elkhorn , close to Lake Geneva, I thought that the motel would have been more decent than most.

Everything in this place looks brand new and super clean. Friendly staff, decent hot breakfast. Stayed in a standard king room. All the finishes and furnishings looked brand new and the room was very clean. The bed sheets were the softest I think I’ve ever felt, the mattress was pretty firm but I prefer that. If you told me I was the first person to stay in this room, I’d believe you, everything was pristine.

Air Conditioner was a little loud, but not unbearable. It would be nice if the hotel had a few chargers for electric cars in the parking lot, there aren’t a lot of options for charging in the area.

Check in went smoothly, staff was friendly and the place was clean and inviting. The room was great. Comfy bed with soft, buttery sheets! Very nice bathroom. And it was all clean and in working order. We received a text shortly after settling in asking if all was fin which I thought was very attentive. Nice staff all the way around. It was worth the few dollars more!

Our room was out of coffee cups so we grabbed coffee downstairs in the morning and the eggs we cold on the breakfast spread. Other than that. No complaints really.

The hotel was very clean, fresh and updated, the room itself was very nice, beautiful yet very convenient lighting, the air quality and temperature was excellent, bed was comfortable as well

Breakfast was just ok, little disappointing, comparing it to the exceptionalism of the other amenities of this hotel. I don’t think it was the fault of the person preparing the food because the food that was there was good, I just think the hotel could step up their game a bit on the breakfast

I stayed here while attending a concert at Alpine Valley. Many others attending the concert stayed here as well. It is about a ten-minute drive to/from the venue. Hotel in a somewhat remote area, but the venue is as well. Not high-end room or food (free breakfast only) but was a good value overall. I would stay here again.

enjoyed the treadmills in the workout facility. The elevators were quick and at ready every time.

outside common area was cheap wooden picnic tables. Other hotels I've stayed at have an inviting outdoor area with comfortable/quality outdoor furniture with shade umbrellas and heaters when needed. You were definitely missing an opportunity to impress here.

Haven’t been at a Holiday Inn for years. Was very pleased with the interior. Not sure how old hotel is, but it looked very new and clean. Had in room refrigerator, free water bottles and descent breakfast included.

Breakfast was good even though pancake machine was out of order. The room was well cleaned. Really enjoyed my stay.

The pool needed more towels. The back door was not working so the walk to my room, elevator and car was longer then it could have been.

The staff were phenomenal. A big shout out to Rianne who checked us in and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. She was amazing.

The breakfast wasn’t the the best , labour weekend prices 🙁

The whole place itself was very nice, clean, and the staff was welcoming. The room was in great condition; very spacious. The bed was comfortable, along with the pillows. I also liked the messaging system the hotel used to check on guests.

There was nothing we didn't enjoy during our stay here.
