Really happy with the layout of the room- perfect for my husband and I and our two boys. Space to eat with a table for four, kitchenette and then there was a spacious living space so we could sit around and play games in the evening. Two bathrooms was great. Boys (22 & 19) used the fitness center and thought it was good. Plenty of towels and beds were super comfy and sheets were perfectly crisp and clean. Nice balcony and beautiful view. So close to everything and right across from the beach. Easy access to rent boats and kayaks and there were plenty of tour boat cruises across the street as well. The hotel was right off the walking path that goes around the entire lake.

The person that checked us in was a little rude. Told me no less than five times that she was trusting me to take care of this room and the property. I'm 50, I'm not some 19 year-old drunk college kid on spring break. I finally got a little ticked after the 3rd time she said something and asked her if there was a problem. She responded with "not if I can trust you to take care of the room". Seriously, what?! Other than her, the only complaint I had was that those cool LED lightbulbs everywhere are awful and can really kill the atmosphere. Lose the cool LEDS and go with incandescent or warm LEDs at least. Ick. It was like office lighting. Should be a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I like that it was very close to the downtown shopping area. And also very convenient to the restaurants in the area. The room was fantastic, having the seating area with the TV in the bedroom with the TV with two closets and a kitchenette, that's all anyone needs to enjoy their stay there. The lobby was really pretty I like that and the spa was fantastic.

We had quite a time using the door key so we had to get four different sets. And when we did get the replacement each time we still had to log in to the door like six times to get in. Also the carpet really needs to be changed out it's very worn and stained. But other than that it was a great place I would definitely recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and the facility looked very pretty. Our view was lovely.

There were stains on the sheets and floor. Not really a big deal, you could tell it was like red juice that got washed in. My biggest issue was the whirlpool hot tub was filthy and pool wasn’t super far off. Really the reason I brought my mom. She’s disabled and has just been talking about swimming and a hot tub. I thought it would be a nice treat to just get a room and swim and relax. Still went in the pool, not whirlpool hot tub. Please clean, that’s a safety hazard. Otherwise, with a little updating or fixing some damage to rooms, seems to be minor, this place could be really great!

Proximity to Winterfest activities, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Free parking. Option to reserve lower priced room with park view. Room seemed smaller than previously reserved lake view rooms but was adequate for 2 because of kitchenette and sofabed. Door between bedroom and living room afforded more privacy. Room very clean, appreciated attentive housekeeping service.

Room size, lack of grab bar near bathtub, which was a high jacuzzi, would have preferred standard tub with shower or walk in shower. Next time might request accessible room for added safety.

Beautiful property

The suite was very nice…but there was only 1 mirror (the bathroom mirror!) We were there for our daughter’s Wedding and there was nowhere to see my whole dress as I was getting ready!! I went into the huge suite my daughter was in…and NO FLOOR LENGTH MIRROR THERE EITHER!! That’s unbelievable!! The bride couldn’t even see her full gorgeous Wedding gown!! I was very disappointed (as was the whole Wedding Party!) We couldn’t see our dresses as we were getting ready!! And the guys needed floor length mirrors to get dressed as well!

Suite was very clean and comfortable with a great lake view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. People in Lake Geneva are very friendly.

Parking was difficult partly because of some maintenance work being done. No breakfast or food facilities were available. There were two TVs. One was difficult to use. The other was useless.

We loved the view and quietness of the area. The hotel was lovely inside. Our room had an older feel to it but was very clean and well taken care of, with plenty of space and amenities. The staff was pleasant while trying to reset our key cards. We had no issue with finding a parking place right near the room and the hotel was within easy walking distance of almost everything we planned to do on our trip.

We had a fair amount of trouble with the key card reader and had to have them reset. While the view was wonderful, the flag poles were right outside our balcony and the clanking of the flags in the wind (it was fairly windy during our stay) made it a bit hard to get to sleep at night.

The fastest check in that I have ever had booking off of bookings. I walked in said my name he handed me the keys and said enjoy your stay. That’s the way it should be. The gentleman was really helpful. The Room was gorgeous. It must have been off season price because that room got the price I paid I was in shock when I walked in it was gorgeous.

Everything was wonderful.

Room was nicely updated. Location was perfect to walking to Main Street.

Only 1 cup in the bathroom. Not even covered as if it had been cleaned. Only one chair was good on the balcony. Leg on 2nd chair was bent so we could not both sit outside together. No light by the kitchen/coffee maker. Could use under cabinet light.

Tree blocked 90% lakeview which we paid extra!! Noise from car/Trucks after Venetian Festival No night stand on my right closet side of bed so I rolled chair over and used chair UGH! Sofa area had very little lighting UGH
