Very pleasant staff especially Chris at the front desk. The gentleman, Chafe, that tended the breakfast facility was exceptional in monitoring the needs of the hotel clients without being asked. The hotel was kept very clean. We did not use the indoor pool area, but people were enjoying it.

The mattress was lousy. Could feel all the lumps and bumps. The front desk had the mattress turned, but honestly it didn't help me.

This location was very good for us as we were mainly in the area to spend time in Door County. As this property is on the eastern side of Green Bay, it made it simple for us to get to Door County without having to deal with lots of city traffic. Very simple on/off of the freeway. Property was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds. This property also still had daily housekeeping service which is a nice bonus.

We had an ADA accessible room with a stand-in shower, however the set up was not optimal. The design did not prevent water from spraying/leaking out into the main bathroom from the shower area, which left the floor a wet mess after a shower. Seemed fairly unsafe due to trying to walk out of a shower onto a wet and slippery tile floor.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were able to meet our needs and requests. Breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub looked very nice. We weren't able to use them, but they looked well-kept. I asked them for help with decorating the room for our anniversary. They did not disappoint. Communication with staff was pleasant and the way they decorated the room was very nice. Thank you for the accommodation!

The hotel needs updates. The staff has kept it very clean and tidy. Some of the carpet was starting to come up, with minor hole in the wall and stain on the couch cushion, but it was very well maintained and the room passed the cleaning check.

Location was great. Food good. Easy to come and go.we were able to get into our room early. It was quiet. Slept well. Water pressure in shower was great. Liked the fancy bathroom mirror. Front desk staff were nice.

We found a pair of black underwear in the chair when we got into our room. Both the pool and hot tub had sand and dirt in them. The pool deck was dirty, the 2nd day the same garbage was still on the floor. The water tasted horrible.

Always great breakfast, loved the mini cheese omelets, and choice of biscuits and gravy, staff very genuine, ( even house keeping), pleasant, and sincere about how my day was gong, very nice touch! Close to gas station, store, restaurants. Love the work out facility, wished I used it more, . There's always next time! Thank you!! :)

Complimentary breakfast was average but much appreciated.

Sausage could be cooked more so it is browned. Eggs were ok (hard to keep fresh); potatoes were a bit spicy surprise. Food could have been a bit hotter. Everything was clean and orderly with a nice selection to choose from.

Was great location for us attending a family reunion. Breakfast was great

I had requested a handicap room . Room was booked 5/24 and upon arrival informed it wasn’t available. Would have been ok if there had been a grab bar by toilet and next to tub( to safely get in and out).

Best mattress ever, clean room, not a loud atmosphere, loved the pool was open later for adults! Great staff!! Best place I’ve ever stayed at!!

Another elevator would have been nice as we were the farthest room from the front desk and was kinda hard to walk the hall down and back to it.

We had a great stay here: the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room comfortable and clean, and the inside pool is open till midnight. They also have a hot whirlpool, which is great for this time of the year. I would totally recommend it!

Great location just of the main road and close to the stadium. Great pub and grill across the road.

The continental breakfast was okay but could have been better. The hot options such as sausage, eggs, and potatoes could have been warmer.
