This hotel exceeded both my own expectations but also all of the adults and kids we were traveling with. First, the staff was friendly and definitely took pride in keeping this beautiful hotel running smoothly. Secondly, the breakfast was over the top awesome. We were all happy with the amazing selection they had and the ladies that care for the area were excellent. The options and service were better than place I have paid more than double for. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely cared for. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

There wasn't much of anything to improve on. The hot tub could have been a little warmer. My kids are older, so the pool was a little small, but it was clean, a good temperature, and had plenty of towels. Neither of these things would keep us from pick this hotel again.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Nice touches like the ice water and cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was good also with friendly staff. Comfortable bed and air conditioning was comfortable (easy to regulate). Quiet.

It was a little hard to find. A curious location which wasn't as close to the expressway as I'd expected. But not a big problem.

Staff is GREAT! Breakfast much better than expected. hotel,newly renovated so everything feels like new. Pool and hot tub super. Beds comfortable. Both fridge and micro in the room. 35 seconds to a large grocery store with buffet.

Not much. We had to reprogram the keys once a day but not anything that took more than a minute. Weather ice cold but hotel nice and warm!

First time w this brand. Won't be last. Queen suite very comfortable layout w separate living room. Very clean. Ample work area for laptops. Plenty of electrical outlets near bed and desks. Located within a block or two of food stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. All of the staff, not just the desk clerk. We book an ADA room and much to our pleasant surprise, there was a recliner in our room. This is exactly what my handicapped husband uses at home, so it was much appreciated. Breakfast was good, with many options. I ate in the dining area and then carried a plate to our room for my husband, who would have had difficulty going to the breakfast room.

The location was a little unusual. It is in a large, empty parking lot. However, at the other end of the lot (and nearby) there was a huge supermarket, a gas station and a Culvers. All of which we visited.

Location. Center of things. Away from the hustle and bustle of the stadium. The hot tub. Breakfast area. Drinks available throughout the stay. Lemon water. Good air/ heat. Parks near by. Businesses/ Shopping near by. I know what to expect when I come here and I always use this hotel. Always have rooms available too!

Suite was tight quarters. The bedding. The bed was too firm for my liking. WiFi was wonky for some devices. Newer ones besides. Kept going in and out for me. Worked ok for my kid's older devices. Pool is small. But warm. Smoking area outside the front doors but not a huge deal.

I bumped into the maintenance man at eight pm (outside what I would have considered normal working hours) and he never hesitated in solving my problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Hot scrambled eggs are offered for breakfast along with cold shredded cheddar and salsa. Heating this combination for thirty seconds in a microwave would have really helped if there was a microwave available. Quality of coffee discouraged me from getting a second cup. I have enjoyed two or three cups every day for close to a half century and that streak would have abruptly ended if not for a local coffee house being open.

Very clean; had all the amenities needed;

While the ( included ) breakfast was nice, wonderful variety, very clean. Well stocked… we didn’t care for the sausage brand or the super spicy potatoes… Very trivial given that they had other nice breakfast options like make-your-own waffle bar!

Great location, walking distance to a couple stores, Starbucks and many restaurants

Morning breakfast was crazy busy, it was a summer weekend and there were softball torments teams staying at the hotel. The staff did not keep up well.

The breakfast was amazing, we were happy with how many options there were. The staff kept everything full and clean throughout the morning. Staff was friendly as we were checking in and very Helpful she let us know what facilities were available and what time everything started and ended.

Seemed like the pool had too many chemicals in it. We had a sleeper sofa in our room along with 2 queen beds. The sleeper sofa did not have a blanket with it so we just used an extra sheet from a queen size too accommodate.
