The occupancy sensors for temperature control. In the first room the fan would continue to turn on for 30 seconds then stop then we were transferred to another room and it was cold in there they sent maintenance to our room and had to bypass the wall thermostat on the PTAC this was the first hotel I stayed in with occupancy sensors I work for a school district and I encounter ongoing problems occ sensors kudos to the maintenance man

We really enjoyed our stay and both of us were very happy with our accomodations. Staff was very friendly, even offered us a bottle of water when we arrived and had water in the room, that was a perk.

A self serve coffee bar - no cost.

The location worked well for our stay. The help was efficient and friendly.

The black tile bathroom floor was extremely slippery when wet. I was worried about my husband falling! Also could you make it a housekeeper job to have the alarm shut off and time set correctly. The alarm went off the first night to wake us up and the second morning they (housekeeper) knocked on the door to wake us up

I didn't have the breakfast my husband did he said the first time the breakfast wasn't good at all, he went back a different day its was good just the potatoes wasn't cooked enough.

I think having more items to choose from on breakfast & dinner menu, having more towels available instead of just 2

Due to COVID restrictions we had to make an appointment to use the pool/hot tub but it was totally worth it. The hot tub was perfect depth and temperature and it was nice knowing there were only a few people in the pool area at a time. We also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed cocktails during the very cold snowy evening. A very nice getaway for the night!

Clean, friendly staff, location, and functionality of the rooms.

bar close to early, our first room was cold on the first floor. first floor was more convenient but we were moved to another floor with better heat.

no free 24/7 coffee. I understand that to be competitive with comparable motels that there isn’t free breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. It is modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant with our large family group we traveled with.

The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain.

I think it’s a little ridiculous you pay so much for a “nice” hotel and they don’t even offer a complimentary breakfast.

Location

The bed. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were flat. The room did not have a microwave.
