This was not the first time I’ve been to this establishment’s location. Being a Stout alumni, family would come visit me during my residency on campus. Lovely location, discreet entrance but still close to stores in the area.

I encountered two minor issues during my stay. I was unable to give housekeeping a tip via my card. I ran out of cash during my stay, and I thought the front desk would be able to help me by adding a tip via my booking charge. However, as they do not have a service account for such, I was unable to tip the housekeeping service. Secondly, the bed in my room was very creaky and somewhat uncomfortable for a full-night’s rest.

The room was good sized, clean, temperature control good, and beds were comfy. I wish I had known this was a Hilton hotel; I will now book with Honors going forward.

The breakfast was fair. Oatmeal was good, but all seemed a bit sparse. May want to walk the floors for smoking - it seems some patrons enjoy smoking marijuana. The smell is noticeable.

Beautiful hotel. Fast elevator. Wide hallways. Rolling stools in rooms for extra seating - awesome! Mirrors outside of the bathroom. Games to borrow at the front desk. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.

Same door for bathroom and closet - very inconvenient and frustrating. Could not lock the bathroom door - very frustrating and uncomfortable. Not enough light in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean--which I sincerely appreciated. Breakfast was very good with egg white frittatas a pleasant surprise.

This was, hands down, the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have had the misfortune to sleep in. The Hampton Inn is not an inexpensive hotel to stay at. One would think the beds would be of a higher quality and comfort level.

breakfast person didn’t have anything stocked. no eggs 15 minute wait. no gravy. 1 piece of toast. only a couple of cheese danishes and some fruit. had to make a waffle. this was at 7:20 am. there were 4 of us. we were not impressed.

The property is very convenient for where I needed to be. Close to the freeway was nice too! My room was so nice!! very comfortable and really beautiful!!

Parking was a little tricky when I came back get in the evening. Not a huge deal though.

Tables next to bed were too small for beverage and eyeglasses plus a lamp and phone. We were not given password to access internet. Had to call front desk

Donovan and Alyssa were excellent in checking us in quickly and proving info about heat and TV and proving water each day of our week stay. Breakfast is very good. Great to have coffee in room too. Loved the junior suite. Thanks.

Loved the spacious rooms and modern decor. It's one of the nicest totals I've ever stayed in.

The breakfast was okay. Eggs were bland.. It would be nice if it was served until 10 instead of being shut down at 9. If you want something and it's close to 9 the food doesn't get replenished. Someone in my group wanted more food but the doors were closed right at and 9.If you snooze your lose. Coffee was great. Very nice breakfast room.

The breakfast bar was generous, even if providing a majority of over-processed, rather then fresh, items (I'm assuming this is because of Covid considerations). I appreciated the precautions taken regarding Covid - WI seemed to have very mixed messages depending upon what venue we were in. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

This is not unique to this particular hotel stay, but I wonder why there are few (or no) hooks for hanging things in the bathroom? I always have command hooks in my suitcase to augment the lack of places to hang my toiletries bag, my lounge pants, etc. because most hotels do not provide enough hanging hooks. The bed was comfy, but noisy - the box springs (or something beneath the mattress) made a metallic sound when we moved around in the bed.
