The bed was comfortable, along with the room being a good size. I liked that it had a stove top and full fridge. The location was only a couple of blocks from the interstate and Highway 11. I liked that the pet fee was very reasonable. There was an outdoor grilling/seating area. The grounds were very nice and neat.

There was a breakfast that had to be ordered the day prior to checking in so it could be delivered to the room. It was all microwaveable, and the charge was around $7.50, which is a little in the expensive side. Also, I had never stayed with this chain before, so I had no opportunity to even order one. Also, you had to rent/purchase all the dinner plates, etc. and silverware. I've never heard of this!

Clean comfy room.

One rude employee knocking on the door well before checkout time to find out if I was gone yet. Another rude employee smoking right next to the entrance, the smoke getting in my face as I am walking in the door... From the opposite side, not past the employee. All the other people were great.

Location to my job

Staff not very friendly and not knowledgeable. Double charges on my checking from them. They were pending but why have 2 pending charges from here. Luckily one went away after a week but still affects whats showing as balance in my account

didn't like that after i booked same day the pricing went down to half price and i couldn't change anything . will plan out better next year. bathrooms don't have grab bars .should definitely have them.

Good customer service at the front desk when I arrive both receptionist ladies were awesome. The hotel was perfect looks new and it was super clean and my room was excellent. I recommend this hotel A+ you won't regret it....

Very close to hospital where my relative was placed. Safe, convenient neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations.

No hot breakfast. I was able to eat next door at McDonald's and Burger King or at the hospital .

Facility was wonderful! Room was more than we expected for the price. My dog was welcomed and also accommodated with a spacious grassy area and waste bags to use. I didn't feel like she was a burden at all.

A/C lagged a bit cooling off the room bit it didn't ruin our stay at all.

The room was large, spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was at fingertips reach and we didn't have to ask for anything. There was plenty of grassy area to walk our dog and doggy waste bags out to use.

Great stay -- we were only there for 12 hours. But, it was a nice place that met our needs. I thought there was a breakfast in the am - and there is not. But, it was nice and close to everything!
