Easy on & off I-90, & close to restaurants, coffee shops & retail establishments. The front desk staff member was very friendly & there was a good breakfast selection included in room cost. Room was quiet, clean & spacious and recently repainted, which shows that the hotel keeps up with maintenance. Very clean bathroom another plus. All in all, a wonderful hotel that we’ll definitely return to!

The only improvement that I can think of would be to replace the carpet with vinyl plank flooring - carpet just holds too many allergens. My guess is that this is already on the list for future improvements!

We enjoyed the breakfast selections and the staff kept plenty of food available. Although a bit more pricey than we're used to, the facility was great. Best of all, they were able to accommodate two handicap accessible rooms when we were originally told otherwise!

As I mentioned, the pricing seemed a bit high. Otherwise, no issues.

Friendly staff from the moment we arrived. we arrrived late at night.

The first room that they gave us on the third floor has a smell from the moment we walked in. I’m guessing because the problems was the fridge was not working and it had that funky fridge smell. I had to go to the front desk to let them know the fridge was not working since I had food I wanted to keep cold. The front desk person was great and right away gave us another room on the first floor.

Great location and value. The pool remaining open till 12 is a nice feature. Seemed like they are remodeling some areas at a time, didn't affect our stay at all. Would stay there again if I was in the area.

The hot tub button didn't seem to work some of the time. Fairly minor issue, maybe it has a cool down period or something.

Very clean hotel and we received fresh towels every day which never happens anymore. The room was cleaned, bed made and trash emptied daily! The facilities were not new, but we got an excellent rate. Breakfast was good too.

Clean, very comfortable bed, good price and location.

The staff! The check-in clerk wore a scowl and extender no courtesy at all. The same mood the next morning with check-out girl, though I did not interact with her, she wore the company scowl with other customers. Lacrosse doesn't seem like a drug community but that's how the staff acts... like they are use to addicts.

The staff member who was working in the breakfast area. Never said a word to anyone. I’m used to the staff being friendly and at least saying hi or good morning. Very noisy since right by the freeway, however, nothing that the hotel can control.

I liked how clean the room was. The staff was. Very accommodating.

I didn't like the powdered eggs on the breakfast buffet. They were cold n bland tasting. What happened to using real eggs? There was no sausage or bacon. Only sausage n biscuits. Not a fan of them.

Have stayed here many many times, this was the very first time I was able to have a room on 1st floor as requested on reservation. Hope I don't have to wait another 20 stays to have a request granted

We booked the King room and it was very clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient.

Hallways and stairs could be cleaner. there wasn't any trash but floors looked a bit neglected. Minor issue.
