Very good place to stay. Staff was always in Front Desk if we ne needed anything
Spent 3 days 8n and we didn't see anyone from housekeeping. Don't know if this is the norm in this chain since is the first time we stayed in this chain, but again, the staff at front desk was always there in case we needed anything.

Cleanliness, early breakfast for us hunters, price of the stay, bed was comfy, shower having good water pressure, and the awesome breakfast bar, and beverages. Plus they opened the breakfast area at 4 so us hunters can get our breakfast meals.
Would be nice to have parking closer to the handicap rooms. Also different bars of soap the ones they give don't smell very good...pretty gross actually. And shampoo and conditioner would be nice.

There was a problem with billing and the staff at Super * took care of it for me. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean.
The Dish for TV went out a couple of times. Even though it came back on in an half hour , that was frustrating.

The breakfast very good many choices of hot waffles to cold cereal and eggs! They had a tornado warning and enacted their emergency plan with all the guests to move us to the inner hallways. The carpeting was new, clean and vacuumed so we didn’t mind sitting on it!
Finish painting under the new security locks to the rooms to match the rest of the door. I am sure that’s on the “ to do list” soon.

Beds are very comfortable. Loved the rooms color scheme. Clean. Great breakfast muffins and juices.
The shower ledge is not tall enough and the floor gets soaked. Also, there was only a tiny bar of soap and it smelled funny. Need to bring your own shampoos and soaps, but hard to do if it's not a planned night stay.

Remodeled and clean gave it a fresh look. Liked the coffee maker microwave and mini frig.
Bathroom in unit was repainted but done very poorly. You can see many spots it looked like they just ran out of paint making poorly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. It was quiet so I got 2 good night's sleep! The cleanliness was excellent! I was in Portage to attend a funeral and I appreciated the quality and price. Thank you.
