We liked the spaciousness of our room. Very clean and comfortable. We were driving to Yellowstone and this was a great spot to rest. There was a restaurant near by but we decided to go to the next town for Mexican food.

I think the only thing that would have made our stay better was if the breakfast being offered was enough for all the guests staying. There wasn’t enough food left because the other guests took it all. They had a rule that only one breakfast item was allowed for each guest so If you want to eat breakfast you better get up early and get your share. Also check out time at 10 is too early.

I was very impressed with the whole facility and service from all staff. Rural area, cleanliness and eagerness to help me at all times. Quiet surrounds. So glad I chose to stay here and will be recommending to friends who travel.

Nothing, other guests had messed with tv setuo but not a fault if facility.

I planned on arriving very late after the office was closed. The help was able to coordinate with me. The rooms are huge and rustic, but very clean and comfortable.

The TV programming was very utah-centric. Lots of Mormon stuff.

clean comfortable room. restaurant & bar catered to cigarette smokers. it smelled like the 1970’s & and the clientele were discourteous about their smoking. the bartender was aware of the issue and turned on a high powered vacuum cleaner fan to try to help. it was the only restaurant/ bar in the vicinity.

smokers in the entire bar and restaurant.

The room is pretty, spacious, clean and comfortable; it has a welcoming cabin feel to it. Stuff welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Very good location for hiking in the winds (I stay there before my backpacking trip); nothing much else around... The nearby store was reasonably stocked for the location.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and we loved having a larger-than-normal fridge (with separate freezer) and microwave in the room, as we could refreeze our cold packs for our cooler overnight and eat hot food in the room. The check-in procedure in the neighboring convenience mart/gas station was a bit confusing at first, but the staff are very friendly. We didn't go to the adjoining bar/grill to the convenience store, but it seemed like a cool and casual place. A great place to stay to avoid pricier hotels close to Jackson or the national parks further north if you're heading into or away from the parks (it's too far to use as a base motel for the parks, however).

Not the motel's issue, but gas prices here are more expensive than elsewhere so if you can fill up either in Jackson or Rock Springs do so.

Really great folks who are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great shower. Beds were fine. Considering the cost of lodging in the US these days, the value was better then most places.

We loved the room-spacious, nicely supplied, and quiet. Ate at the restaurant and shopped in the little store. Both were great!

Nothing! Everything was great! Loved the coziness of the small hotel!

This was honestly the best place my parents and I stayed at during our marathon-around-Wyoming trip. Check-in was very easy and straightforward (you deal with a person if you check in before 9pm. Otherwise, you can coordinate to get the key left for you). Dinner at their restaurant was one of the best meals we had all week--excellent food, good portions, and at good prices. There was also a bar, although we were too tired to stay for a drink and had an early day the next morning. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We got free coffee in the morning, and had we stayed later, a discount on breakfast from the restaurant. there's a beautiful view of the Wind River Mountains from the property. The location is only about 10 minutes from Lander, and 90 minutes Jackson/Grand Teton National Park, which was our destination the next day. Could not beat the price for how easy it is to get to those places (because it's Wyoming--you're always going to end up doing a lot of driving no matter where you are, in my opinion). Would 100% stay again and recommend to any friend/family traveling through the area.

I want to clarify that these aren't things I "didn't like", but just potential downside that you might consider if staying here. There is not really anything in Boulder--most "tourist attractions" are at least in Lander, but the drive to these other places is straightforward and easy. Also, the room has no air conditioning. This is typical of most homes in Wyoming (and a few smaller hotels, I've found). There is a fan, and with low humidity and summer night temperatures that regularly dip into the 40s, it really wasn't an issue. Even my father, a chronic A/C addict, was comfortable.

First the staff is excellent!! They were very thoughtful and accommodating. We ran into issues during our travels and we weren’t able to get there before check in closed. They had the key waiting for us in the secure lock box. The inn itself is a wonderful little oasis in Wyoming! The rooms are large, comfortable. and welcoming. It feels like your own little cabin in the foothills. The water pressure is great and they had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. One more thing about the staff.. Ruth went the extra step to text us making sure we made it to the in and got into our room okay. That was just so thoughtful. Thank you so much for making our day/night after our long and tiring journey.
