The rooms were really clean, had a lot of space and were very comfortable, the showers were nice, the bathrooms had space, the beds were comfy, the room was warm when we got there and stayed warm! The parking was great and there was a ton of parking very close to the doors, the hotel is very easy to get to and into, the hotel has a lot of stuff very close by and it’s very convenient! It was a very great stay! I’m not sure her name but a lady was working the night we were there and she was the sweetest, nicest, and most helpful lady! She helped us get where we needed to be, when we needed cash for the vending machines she was so very helpful! She made sure every bill was flat and able to go into the machine she was very amazing! It was an amazing stay and overall great! The price was also very very amazing!

The day we got there the guy checking us in was very rude, acted very weird to us, he was not friendly and not helpful what so ever, when I asked where to park so I’m near my room he was very rude and stand off about it, when we asked why my card was charged so much he was also very rude about that. He was not helpful at all and he was very very rude to us and had no respect what so ever!

Clean and tidy property. Free shuttle bus to frontier days was awesome. Great breakfast covering all options. Felt a safe area. Minutes from downtown. It was handy having a bar and food on site. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bartender didn’t have much of a personality and couldn’t smile. Haha he didn’t get our Aussie jokes 🤦🏼‍♀️

Staff was great, it was clean, comfortable and affordable. Dinner was wonderful! The breakfast was more than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right.

The room had an odor when we first went in. Once we turned the heat/ac on, it disappeared. The pool was nice, but the pool room needs some work.

The guy checking everyone in freaked out when the computer system went down. He turned everyone away. We paid though booking.com and never received a refund. They said they would cooperate with booking to get us a refund but booking closed the case and said that they could not give a refund. Hope someone enjoyed our money...we did not.

Loved the bar atmosphere! Steve and Stacy were awesome! We were there 2 weeks and their service and awesome personalities made it so fun! The food was also great! That was the highlight of our stay being treated so friendly by those two!

As the rooms were clean they could have been better beds and carpet needed replaced! Just updated!

Both nights the people at the front desk. Both gentlemen were wonderful, nice polite accommodating, as well as when I called the next day to bring an entire wrestling team Ron booked extra night they said give us a little bit of time and we’ll get all the rooms ready within an hour and a half half I believe it was 14 more rooms were ready for us. Amazing staff.

The floors in the hall way from the elevator to the pool were filthy. And the doors don't seal as well and ice cold hair was blowing thru. I can imaging how uncomfortable the walk would be in the winter..to and from the elevator to the pool or lobby. Huge gaps between. The doors. My room could have used a good vacuum as well....I found nail clippings on the floor

Rooms were Big, clean, comfortable and very affordable. Location was right off the highway.

They are renovating but it did not bother us at all. No noise heard. We ended up extending our stay twice and each time they charge a $50 refundable fee, but you do not get that back for up to 10 days from checkout.

The staff was very kind. They where very accepting to my 17 year old autistic daughter. I'd recommend anyone traveling with special needs children to stop here as they where very understanding and flexible with my check out time

Nothing comes to mind. The stay was pleasant. Only problem I had it said I had to go to an ATM to deposit my cash so that my credit card would work. But other than that there were no glitches and everybody was really super nice. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very accommodating and helpful

Check in easy with John. Bar tender at the fireside cafe, Stacy was great and Steve was on top of things with our orders. Super having a bar and restaurant on sight.

Woken up by roudy young men right outside the entrance at 4 am in the morning. I would have thought the front desk would have notified security since they had to have heard it, went on for an hour.
