There was nothing not to like, new and beautiful! Location was perfect proximity to downtown and the staff was absolutely incredible! Room was huge and amenities were great! Housekeeper helped me with my luggage and the place was always crawling with helpful, kind staff!

If I had to pick on one thing, the laundry facilities! I know you can’t control your guests, but regular checks and maintenance of laundry facilities would be good. They were not clean, someone dried nuts, front load washers were just kind of gross. Staying at an older property today elsewhere and went to check out their laundry just to see if I was being over the top and these facilities are much cleaner even if the rooms are older and not nearly as clean/nice.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, in room heating works well, enough storage, free breakfast for a quick bite great service with the ski shuttle to Teton village (should be part of the description)

no storage room for skis and boots, location and atmosphere of breakfast in lobby area staff at reception was not very forthcoming with information, our room was not cleaned up during our stay.

This was an excellent hotel to launch our Grand Teton/Yellowstone vacation from. The hotel is modern. It is several short blocks over from shopping and the center of Jackson. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom and shower was excellent. We had plenty of space. One of the best parts is that the hotel has an underground garage with key only access. This placed our car off the road and out of site. It was very clean and secure. The hotel even let us keep the car there for 2 hours after we checked out - so we could walk around Jackson square and get lunch before leaving for the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet in the morning is well attended and well appointed.

location-easy walk to mountain and town breakfast- convenient, many choices facilities were well-maintained

Had a tough time tracking down Housekeeping , even with the alternate day schedule. Signed up for Teton Village afternoon shuttle pick up with front desk, that afternoon waited 40 minutes and finally had to call Uber for $45. Very annoyed as we had provided our cell # (think the front desk person was new and provided incorrect pick up location)

Nice location Clean

Expensive.Expected to pay for parking inside the property after spending >800$/ night. Saving grace was: there is a convenient, free, closed parking garage in front of the hotel. Our tour started at 6AM but breakfast would not start until 6:30. The breakfast host was reluctant to allow us pick up a “to-go” breakfast.

The breakfast options and quality were great.

The breakfast area was far too small for all the people, and the hot/cold water machine couldn’t handle the high use from all the people.

Everything was quite comfortable from the towels to the beds.

Staff didn’t convey much info at check in which may have been due to a language barrier? I wish I’d known we wouldn’t have any cleaning for the duration of the stay. Ran out of soaps and had towels and garbage overflowing.

Centrally located to the action in the area, extremely clean rooms and common areas, free parking in ramp across the street, excellent breakfast in the morning and outstanding customer service by Brian at the front desk!!!

Honestly, there was nothing we had any issues with.

Clean hotel with friendly staff, conveniently located near the town center with easy access to food options by walking.

Parking fee is a bit expensive comparing to other hotels

breakfast was fine- nothing great but the location was great. pool and hottub were fine but nothing great to look at-

When asked the front desk staff for a place to hike, they had no great suggestions - For an area that has so many outdoor activities, the front desk should have a list of a few of them with some information on each ( ie length, difficulty)
