Location is great. You can walk to many stores and shops. Plus, it is on the north side of town so it is easy to head to the national parks and back without driving through the congested parts of town. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is starting to show its age - plumbing fixtures are looking old and are squeaky, toilet flushes slow, etc. I've stayed here a few times over the years. When the old Trapper Inn become the Lexington, there were a lot of upgrades and remodeling. It looked great, but that was some time ago and this hotel can use another refresh. I don't know if there will be changes with the recent Rockwell rebrand. It's priced about right. It's still nicer than the budget lodging options, but it is far from a luxury hotel.

I liked the location of this hotel. The room was decorated well. It was also clean.

There wasn’t enough light in the room. Additionally, I didn’t like the fact that the sink was outside the room that held the toilet. I think the sink and toilet should be in the same room even if the shower if separate. The tile floor heaters did not work. That is not a necessity but there was a sign on the wall advertising this feature so it should work. Finally, the night receptionist was unfriendly. He did not offer to print a receipt nor did he thank us for our stay. We spent close to $1,000 for a 2 night stay, that deserves a thank you. We said thank you.

Good breakfast.

Only pool worked. But I needed whirlpool to be working as well. Was empty and I felt like all of it should have been working as I had to pay for everything including pool and whirlpool that didn’t work. Reception also handed me a vacuum cleaner and some inappropriate spray and told me I needed to clean the room myself and I paid $1332.00 for 4 measly nights to stay and was expected to clean my own room. Very unacceptable.

The coffee, tea and water bar was so convenient and great. The room sizes and the cleanliness was amazing. The snow bus from the resort was convenient and dropped you right off at the ski resort. Service was amazing. The location of this hotel to the town is walkable and yet not too close to hear the noise level of traffic.

I found the registration for the snow van to be difficult. Not very intuitive to register so ended up going to the front desk staff right at 5 pm. There aren't very many spots for the bus -- so, it filled up quickly and if it wasn't available you had to walk 5 blocks or so with your ski gear to catch the public snow bus. Warning - most rooms require that you carry your luggage and gear up the stairs (no elevator).

Room was clean, large and comfortable although I couldn’t tell you the last time I stayed at a property with outside corridors. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Laundry facility was awesome with eight reasonably priced, clean machines with a really nice outside seating facility while one waited.

It was a little removed from the center of Jackson and it was definitely high-priced.

Ground Floor cabin and car easy to park. Breakfast very good - excellent Location to National Parks and other sites very good - saved so much travelling time

They were resurfacing the car park which made things a little awkward The outside lounge are was immediately outside my room which could have been difficult - fortunately only rarely used and no kids I think the Spa or some other facility was booked so was was not available to residents which was a disappointment

Very convenient to town. Very nice front desk staff. Rooms are dark. Only one window onto parking lot so privacy is an issue if curtains are open. But clean, comfortable and convenient.

HATE the marketing parent trap of putting a stuffed animal on the bed to “welcome” you and a tiny tag saying that if you keep the toy you’ll be charged $25 on your room tab. Just a dirty trick.

Location, beds were comfy, staff friendly and variety at breakfast.

Jacuzzi was outside and had open windows to the street, lacked privacy. To get to it we would have had to go out in the freezing cold 🥶 and without any bathrobe to keep us warm. We never used it. We also had an emergency and one member was transported to the hospital. Staff said the shuttle bus could come get them when they were releases but then when they called said they wouldn't come for them. They said they called a taxi, but it never appeared.

Location. Property was clean.

Upon check in we were told pool was unavailable yet we saw people coming and going into the pool building. Also, lobby was undergoing renovations so changed how to come and go to our room. Lobby wasn’t available to gather so people were gathering in dining area which was just outside our door and would become very loud.

The location was superb for getting out of Jackson Hole to get to grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks . it was very quiet in our room facing the side street (Mercil Avenue). We were in a block away from the main block so can't really say about kitchen noise , etc. Car parking facilities are excellent. The bedroom was very spacious and there was even a failry spacious lounge .This also helped because there was a door between the bedroom and it . The lounge was by the entry door, so when the door betweent he bedroom and lounge was shut it helped block any corridor noise(I don't actiually know if there was ever any noise as we never heard it if there was). It also helped because the fridge was in a cupboard in the lounge so when the door wsas shut you couldn't hear it . The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom was a good size being quite large too. I doubt I|'ve ever stayed in a better laid out hotel room in over 50 years of travels

I didn't like having to reach over the toaster in the kitchen to get to cereal and milk. I could imagine someone getting burnt with the heat off it if someone had been toasting bread , or was in the process of doing so. It's a small point, but an important one.
