The room was very big and quite confortable. The owner and staff were very nice and extremely helpful, always trying to make the best for your stay. The room did not have shower gel and there was a malfunction with the hairdryer. However, as soon as it was reported, the staff made both available in the same day. The breakfast room is amazing and the breakfast quite nice and tasty! Also worth to mention the free transfer from the train station to the hotel. Would definetly come back.

I loved the warm hospitality I received from the owner of the hotel. He was very hands on and ensured everything I needed was provided. It's a family business as his sons also work at the hotel so you know you will be well looked after. The hotel was unbelievable clean and so was my room. I loved the firm materace and very good shower pressure. I found big shampoos for ladies (incl hair conditioner) and also men - everything was thought through. The bedding colours were tasteful and duvet very comfortable. The room was very spacious. I am planning on staying there again and highly recommend to other guests. You will not be disappointed.

The speed of the internet was somewhat slow

Good location with several good restaurants nearby. Wonderful friendly helpful staff, always ready to help. Nice rooms, good size and comfortable. A big spread for breakfast!

The stairs. A big strain on my legs and knees as I had spinal surgery a few months ago. However when I told the staff of my problems they moved me one floor down. That was much better, and I could cope with 1 flight of stairs.

The staff was very good, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The are is nice with cafes and shops. Great value for money.

The location is a bit far from some of the most popular sightseeing locations but not prohibitively so if you like walking. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming. The cooked items are not kept warm.

Staff were so nice and helpful - the owner is a cheerful, friendly person. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cool. It's easy to catch a Yandex taxi outside the hotel to go to all the wonderful sights in Samarkand.

Just a small thing - the music at breakfast was a bit loud and mournful - we like to eat our breakfast quietly or with some soft, cheerful music.

Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to accommodate us, clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and great location! We were easily able to organise trips / taxis from the property who helped us with this.

No fridge in room. This would have been a welcome addition for chilled water etc.

Very comfortable beds that came handy after a long flight. Big and airy room. One of the highlights was the breakfast room, where you feel like being in a 5 star hotel😉 Very helpful and friendly people too

Nothing really, everything was perfect.

Staff arranged train station pick-up, and mini-mart visit en route! Hotel is new and spotless. Staff could not have done more to help although English modest and I speak no Uzbek. Breakfast was very good. Bed felt really hard when I sat on it but was very comfortable to sleep on ?!?!?! It's a little further from the main sites than some hotels, but most every taxi journey cost me 10000som, I didn't bother to haggle. A couple of restaurant / fast-food / bar options within walking distance. As I had a late train, the staff were extremely generous with a late check-out.

No bar :-( Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as no lift, step into bathroom and over-bath shower.

Great hotel, with lots of space and really great breakfasts (as in several courses). The owner and staff were super welcoming and helpful. We liked the location - just off the busy street but walkable to many things. Beautiful park a few blocks away and many restaurants.

The property was in a central location , so easy to go where I wanted to. My room was a good size and spotlessly clean. The dining area was beautiful , and the breakfast was superb. I would definitely go back, I thought it was great value for money.
