We had an amazing stay at Elites Hotel in Da Nang! The location is perfect, just minutes from the beach and steps away from great shops and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring the city. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing spot to unwind. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Overall, incredible value and a memorable experience—we highly recommend Elites Hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang!

The hotel room was nice, I love sleeping on a king size bed, room was nice and big, and the staff clean the room each morning, and we're super quick about it. I can't say enough about the girls at the front desk, they go way above and beyond to help everyone out. To sum it up, their service is outstanding. Location of the hotel was great, block and a half from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars, at first, I was going to go to hotel on the beach, I'm really glad I ended up here.

Very nice staff. Always ready to help. I had some issues in the room and help was quickly there. Also the room maids helped me with buying a jacket which was really nice. Clean room and bathroom. Location really good. Washing clothes possible for a small fee.

Actually it looked better on the advertised pictures. Room furniture and doors quite old. Doors not easy to close. Had some issues in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose and water drops came from the ceiling. However help was quickly there. Also I had quite some mini ants in the room.

We booked this place at the last minute, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The room was spotless, with a comfortable and clean bed. The bathroom was modern, immaculately clean, and equipped with stable hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was high-speed and stable throughout our stay. Free drinking water is also provided in the lobby. The highlight of the property was the pool on the 12th floor. It was not only clean and beautiful but also offered an incredible view of the sea, making our experience even more memorable. Overall, everything was perfect, and we highly recommend this place!

Amazing hotel! The rooftop pool was incredible and the staff very friendly. Amazing if you just want to relax for a few days. The room was also very clean and you could get it cleaned every day if you wanted to. Close to the beach and has grocery stores right outside the door. Overall the best hotel I’ve been to in Vietnam!

The location and renovated facilities were good value for money.

The restaurant wasn't open so we had to eat out each morning. A heated pool in winter would be nice.

The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, providing useful information about hotel services and nearby attractions. Their professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.

However, I think the Wi-Fi speed in the room could be improved, especially for guests who need to work during their stay.

Great location one block off beach - lots of restaurants and shops, cafes near hotel. It has roof top pool small but nice and a gym. Rooms are new and clean, and staff are very nice. Excellent value for short or longer stays.
