The room was nicely organized, clean and well-equipped. The bathroom is really nice, spacious and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Alice, Toan, Ryan, Bao, Phung, Peter and Emma. They accommodated my sick girlfriend nicely, booked a private car for me, washed laundry (for a fee) and let me borrow an umbrella during the rain. The breakfast every morning (to order from a small menu) was absolutely delicious. I have quite high food standards and this is simply really good, freshly-made and gorgeous meals every morning.

In winter (January) cold air was continually breezing into the shower and entire room. No window to close airflow available. Doves in the niche below the window made a lot of noise through the last night.

I spent four nights at this very pretty and cozy hotel.It’s only 5-minutes walk to the beach and just walking distance to many restaurants and spas. The breakfast is amazingly good and the staffs offer free fruits and snacks throughout the day.The staffs were always ready to help and recommended great places and shopping spots as well. Thank you and best wishes to the team. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Loved everything about this hotel! The small cozy feel of the boutique hotel and the small little details (you get to chose from their signature shampoo/conditioner/shower gel) Breakfast was amazing (rivals that of a brunch spot + a barista drink is included) Love the free fruit and snacks that is available throughout the days The bed was SO comfortable and bathtub was amazing! Location is great too, only 5 mins to the beach. This is the place to book! I even extended my stay by a night. A special shout out to the team at Memory (Ryan, Alice, Phung, Twan & Lan) that my stay incredible - thank you!

I have stayed for 7 nights, and I can say that their breakfast was perfect. They offer Quang, Pho, Hoi An's rice noodles, fishcake noodles, English breakfast and spaghetti bolognese. On top of that, they also have unlimited fruits (apple, banana, lychee, mango, watermelon, pomelo, and dragon fruit), plus yogurt. You can also choose between coffee, tea and fruit juices for your drinks. Awesome selection for me.  Note: My favorite is the quang noodle. If you have the chance to stay here, try it!

I stayed in a dormitory room for four people, and I found it too small. I based this observation on all the dormitory rooms I've stayed in throughout my travels. You can also hear noises from the other room and toilet. Despite these things, I would still recommend the hotel. If I stay here again, maybe I'll stay in the single room.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The architecture is very cool, and our room was stylishly designed. One highlight was the large bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing. A unique touch was that we got to choose our own fragrance for the shampoo, shower gel, and soap during check-in – such a thoughtful detail! The breakfast was delicious, with high-quality local options as well as Western dishes to choose from. The coffee was on point. A big thank you to the team (Ryan, Alice, Phung, Twan, and Peter,) who were friendly and helped with every issue we had.

The hostel didn‘t feel like a hostel, more like a hotel. As a Backpacker myself appreciated so much, it was so clean, the staff is amazingly attentive, they even asked me if I have any allergies for the breakfast, which nobody asked me before. They have laundry service, as well they asked me how I want it washed - amazing! It’s so close to the beach, like 5 min by walk. The Breakfast was amazing - you choose every night for the next morning. Fruits are free for the whole day. Thank you to the staff - I really appreciate your service, please keep on doing such a great work!

As soon as you walk up to the counter you get a sense of how much this establishment cares about giving you a personally tailored experience. From providing you with personalized shower essentials to asking your preferences for your breakfast. The staff. I can't find enough words to tell you how much I love the staff here. This is top of the line service providing essential information for any questions you have about upcoming and giving recommendations. For me the staff made my experience, I go home feeling I made a group of real personal friends. They did everything to take care of me. If you are lucky enough to meet Lan or Duy just know you are in good hands. You will always walk in to a friendly smile and plates of free fruit. What more could anyone ask for. I would come back to Da Nang just to have this experience again. Thank you The Memory

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, so fresh and the staff convinced our 7 year old to try the Quang Nam noodles instead of the English breakfast! He loved it 👌was one of our best meals in our whole 2 weeks in Vietnam. The staff were so friendly and helped us with airport transfers and transfers the following day to Hue. Beautiful lemon grass tea on arrival . Thank you 🙏

The room was a little noisy as it’s on a Main Street but that is to be expected. Also in some countries a booking for 2 adults and 2 children I think means that the kids sleep with you (in your bed), but our 7 and 10 year olds are giants so it was quite squished and you still get charged. Perhaps it would be good if booking.com clarified this in detail with the hotel.

I stayed two nights in a private room which was really exceptional. Pictures are accurate, the bathroom was amazing. (Could have more grab bars though, steep and very slippery when wet). Very nice welcome service with a drink and warm towel. Staff extremely accommodating and speak good English.

I changed to a dorm for the final two nights, but the dorm is TINY. smallest hostel room I’ve ever seen. I ended up leaving because the room was so small. The storage locker is small and there’s nowhere to leave your other things except on the ground. I would not stay here for a shared room. Breakfast is picked the night before. I did not like the options so ended up skipping it

It's well designed building. Very Instagram-ish. Also clean. The staffs are amazing, especially Lan, Nhan, Toan, Nga and Phuny. Another highlight is breakfast! Very delicious and big. For nomad, the first floor is good place to work.

Just one small thing, it doesn't effect the staying at all. The bathroom outside of female dorm is sometimes a bit flooding. The staff is very actively cleaning the bathroom. Women just have too much hair I guess ;)
