Location was good. Staff was super friendly and welcomed us with tea and crackers. Very nicely decorated and our stay included breakfast.

Our room had a very strong moldy, mildewy smell when we walked in. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Brought this to the hotel's attention and asked to move rooms but unfortunately none were available until the next night. Receptionist provided an essential oil diffuser which helped tremendously.

Location is 15 minutes away from main night market and dragon bridge by walking. Even located in the main street but the room still quiet. And its easy access if you want to booking GRAB The room is as same as what you get in photos Clean and the staff is so nice I have a problem with the taxi and the hotel staff quickly for me The pool is freeze and infinity so you can shot beautiful picture with nice scene when sunrise even sunset (the pool is facing west) so when sunset it’s incridibly stunning

My room’s bathroom has a drain problem, but it still ok cause they have 2 drainase inside the bathroom so the water can flow to another hole The sensor hallway light a lil disturbing because it took so fast to turning off. Id we dont move for 3 seconds, the light is turning off LOL But over all i enjoy my stay

Really lovely bright room with carefully chosen decor. Staff helpful at reception. Laundry processed within a few hours. Able to pay bit extra for early check-in. Nice layout and colour scheme for breakfast. Good size room.

Poor choice of food for breakfast. For non meat eaters who wanted western breakfast was only eggs and bread. No fruit available. No juice left when I arrived and coffee was cold. Apart from breakfast all else was great. I didn't realise till too late that restaurant and pool were closed for the time I was there. The handle on roof terrace door needs repairing. I got trapped outside when went to look at view and needed to call reception to come and get me out.

Location -There’s 4 convenient store nearby. -Multiple cafe within walking distance, even a Starbucks & highland cafe across the street. -the dragon bridge & son Tran night market is just 15 minutes walk. - neighborhood is really nice & safe. I walked going to dragon bridge at night multiple times and never had any bad experience. - within 10mins from danang airport via grab. Price -very reasonable price. -btw they also have a cafe unfortunately they don’t offer salt coffee. -they allowed late check out for half day price. When I was planning my trip, I was going back & forth if I want to stay near mykhe beach or downtown. I’m glad that I choose this hotel. The staff are all helpful and speaks good English.

-the only thing is bathroom tiles. It’s not that bad but maybe the tiles design or texture, because it retained water stain. I’m not an interior designer or something but I think the tiles they used is not for bathroom floor use.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive. They helped me a lot in every aspect of my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like food at all. There was a choice between a bowl of noodles and a sandwich/sausage with bread (if you come early enough and they won't run out of the ingredients). Though, I have to admit that on my first day, they agreed to change a bowl of noodles to eggs (even though I was told that they can't at first). I have health issues, so I am pretty sensitive to food and always try to choose hotels with buffet to be able to make a choice.

An ideal location close to shops and facilities. Easy walking distance to some attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy pickup point for grab and taxis

Early morning traffic noise and kareoke bar doors away were loud early in the night. Breakfast selection was limited. No fruit available.

This is the bestest hotel in danang i say. 1. according to price this is very economic. 2. Room was very great and ambiance and cleaning is good. 3.must important point is staff support it is 100/100 they support like family mamber no extra money take no cheat just help in each and every condition. Thanks alot santori staff and manager for making our holiday great.

Nothing for didnt like..everything is good

Very well presented, very clean room with a marine theme. Decor fit in well. We only stayed a night, but cannot fault the room. Shower was nice and hot and good water pressure. Upstairs pool area - bar was shut, but it is low season and also extremely wet from daily torrential rain, so cannot fault the hotel for that. Downstairs cafe was okay, but would be nice of course to have had a larger menu. But of course they would need customers to support that business. Lobby very nice. A nice touch are the containers of lollies near the lift which you choose according to 'how your day is going'! Walking distance to some nearby restaurants. In a convenient city location with taxis able to take you many places by a short trip. I'd come back again if visiting Danang.

Cannot really find any fault.

The staff is super friendly. We asked for earlier breakfast to catch an earlier flight, and they immediately gave assistance. Almost miss it, they even gave us a welcome gift, so cute! The breakfast was indeed really okk compared to similar types of hotels I've been. The decoration is cute. The room was bit small but cozy, enough for short stays.

the location is bit out of the city so it costed us to get to reach popular food attractions.

Lovely staff and pretty good breakfast made to order. My room had a great view of the dragon bridge.

Not exactly a happening area. There are a couple convenience stores and a starbucks a couple hundred metres away. Front of hotel is a bit of a mess with footpath work going on but the hotel can’t help that.
