Absolutely beautiful and large room. Impressive indoor pool. Our best breakfast in Vietnam with multiple options. Gorgeous honeymoon chocolate pudding on arrival. Welcoming and friendly staff throughout.

There isn’t much to do around the area especially for restaurants. However we stayed here for day trip to the caves.

Amazing room (very large and good quality) for the price (out of season). Beautiful interior pool to make laps, great breakfast, but the spa was the highlight. Beautiful spa area, great masseur, and very low prices compared to other 5 stars hotel in Ho Chi Ming or Hanoi. worth to go if only to rest in the middle of a long tour of Vietnam between North and South. If we know, we would have stayed 3 days instead of one. Very nice place to relax.

nothing, although not much to see outside out of season (when the beaches are closed) . But plenty to do at the spa , pool, gym, dining room....

The hotel was beautiful. The highlights were the incredible breakfast, fast wifi, heated indoor pool, and outdoor Garbo bar where you could watch the sunset. The shower and bath were great and the aircon worked perfectly and wasn't too loud. The staff at the restaurants, especially the hostess, were so warm and lovely. I had a massage in the spa which was also fantastic.

The bed was rock hard, and the pillow were so soft and didn't have much substance to them so my parter got neck pain every morning. We asked if there were firmer pillows we could switch to but this was not possible. The Garbo restaurant was beautiful but the menu was very limited as many of the meals (especially the vegetarian ones) were not available. This is perhaps because the hotel wasn't very busy. Overall the two restaurant menus didn't have many vegetarian options.

Great location, rooms facing both, the river or the city (equally vibrant). Staff very polite and speak sufficient English.  Breakfast, is extensive with a mix of western and Asian cuisine.  Very easy to get around to the other areas of the town, via taxi.  The property itself is ornate and very classy in its heritage look. No complaints. A visit here would definitely bring me back to this hotel. 

Nothing that caught my attention.  It would be prudent for the house-keeping staff to ensure that all electrical sockets are working, before the room is offered to the next guest. 

Staff was outstandingly kind & helpful. It was my birthday when I arrived, and it felt like everybody in the hotel had been briefed on this fact! :) I received congratulations the moment I left the taxi, at reception, and later in the restaurant, and even got a little birthday cake brought to my room as a surprise. You don’t really expect such kindness and personalized service in international hotel chains usually! Rooms are also very spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, hotel has great views over the river and the ocean.

This was easily the best hotel my wife and I have stayed in during our month travelling in Vietnam. We were on the 16th floor and our room had a great view over the city. The room was huge and the bathroom was also large, it even had a separate bath. The staff were wonderful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. For the price, this hotel is a spectacular bargain and comes highly recommended by us.

There was nothing we didn't like, this hotel had everything, was extremely comfortable, and easily justifies it's 5-Star rating.

The hotel is clean, beautiful with a very good location, good view looking over the river. There are local market, shopping center, supermarket, cafes and restaurants right next to the hotel. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The checkin and checkout process was very fast, easy and seamless. We had lunch and breakfast there and the food was delicious. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. It felt almost like home.

The bathroom is a bit smelly

The property is fantastic the rooms superb lovely pool and gym decent location if you want to be in the town but a good walk to the beach. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired so I would avoid eating there the breakfast is OK a lot of choice if you are from Vietnam expensive for what you get if wanting a European breakfast. Overall a very nice quality hotel at a reasonable price

Restaurant food terrible we ate over Chinese New Year so maybe that was reason perhaps short staffed. The staff were very good when we complained that the food was inedible. And charged us nothing for the meal and delivered fresh fruit to our room.

The location of this hotel makes it an ideal getaway destination. Subtly placed overlooking the coastline and on the main street, this hotel boasts of amenities like a swimming pool, gym and a bistro that serves gastronomic novelties complemented by a fully stocked bar. The rooms are bigger than most I've seen with queen size beds or twins that are pretty good. The kitchen staff needs particular mention because my vegetarian friend who was carrying some ready to eat meals wanted them to be heated and somewhat cooked which was facilitated by the staff. All in all a place you can go with friends family or couples.

We can't help but maybe complain about the prices but with the amenities available I can't say there was anything I didn't like. It was quite perfect

What should have been a delight to stay - Doors that are able to be closed without banging, bathrobes that fit westerners, showers that don't flood the bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioner control in the room, good breakfasts and staff that were generally friendly and helpful ... was let down right at check in, the time that first and lasting impressions are made. When check in staff allow people to push in whilst serving you, nothing makes up for this.
