This location is in a very quiet neighborhood since it is still under construction. Late night there are no shops or convenience stores open so be aware. Breakfast options were great. Staff were very welcoming.

The rooms were amazing, clean and comfortable. Quite large too. Staff were so friendly and the man on the reception desk spoke very good English and was helpful with Information about the town. The location is good, in a nice quiet part of the town, and very close by taxi to busier areas. Close to the beach and heaps of food places within a short walk. Overall very happy with stay. Thank you ^^

My only downside and why I moved the review from a 10 to a 9 was because the breakfast was cold. I could tell it was cooked well, but the eggs, bacon and sausage was cold, and sitting on a tray with no way to warm it up. If this is improved, I would rate 10/10.

We found the hotel comfortable, modern, spacious and really clean. The bed was really comfortable and the tv was a smart tv which meant we could put on YouTube and Netflix at night which was nice. The hotel organised our 4 star cruise day trip which was great and the company collected us and dropped us back to the hotel after the trip.

During our stay there was a lot of construction going on next door to the hotel which started from around 7am which was extremely noisy, especially during our breakfast each morning. The shower in the room had really bad drainage which lead to the water running out onto the bathroom floor. The area in which the hotel is situated is really beautiful but on the other hand a ghost town with lots of empty buildings. Other than the construction happening next door the place is situated in a quiet area and I'm sure the construction (loud noise) is only temporary.

Rooms were very spacious, beds were really comfortable. All the facilities were top notch, location excellent. Breakfast was delicious, rooftop pool very nice. Special thanks to the owner who was extremely kind and helpful, he helped us organise excursion and transfer to next destination for much better price than you would find around. I don't think you would find better accommodation for the price in the area, definitely recommended!

Everything was great

The room is big and clean but the shower was leaking (means whole bathroom flooded after use). The swimming pool with a view on the bay is nice but it's still a small one and it's a bit sad that we have to pay extra to use the jacuzzi and sauna.

There is no equipment in the kitchen, so don't count on cooking there. The staff is nice, basic English but still good communication. The only thing is they ask everytime where you go, which can be a bit "parenting".

Very new hotel, has a great location and super helpful staff members. Great value for money! Definitely recommended.

The hotel manager was amazing, very helpful and comitted. He arranged for us a one day trip to the bay (which was very cool, the best value we could find for our schedule) and the trip to Ninh Binh. The price of the stay was very affordable considering the quality. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. We arrived very early (6 AM) and they offered us a free breakfast and free early check in so that we could sleep a little bit before going to the cruise.

It is a pity that most of the staff does not speak english, you will often have to refer to the manager. But he is always near by and also available on whatsapp.

The hotel and facilities including top roof swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, room are top quality. The staff so proffesional and kind at hhe same time. Trong the manager allowed me to stay until evening, extra hours after check out time, to make it easier for me.

I can't think of anything. There were dome construction in the building next to yhe Hotel during day time but It didn't bother me at all and I believe its over now so all amazing.

The hotel was beautiful, fresh, and clean. We got a free upgrade, which was a bonus. The manager of the hotel was very helpful and friendly and other staff also. We would have stayed longer than 2 nights if it wasn't for the typhoon that had recently hit, which limited us to activities around the area.

The pool was not very clean, kind of understandable, given a big typhoon hit less than 10 days prior.
