Very good and hospital. I had arrived at 5 am, when the owner was just driving to the market for fresh food. I was immediately offered a sofa for sleeping, coffee, breakfast, early check-in as soon as the room was ready. For breakfast they have two options: European (toasts, eggs, butter, jam, coffee and fruits) and Vietnamese (noodle soup). Both are very good. The room is elegant, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable. They also helped me book an inexpensive cruise and buy tickets to Tam Coc.

The owner helped us a lot. He gave us a free ride to the harbour, and the day after the cruise, one day after checking out of the hotel, they allowed us to leave the luggage at their facility, rented a motorbike at a very nice price and even getting us a cost-effective taxi ride to HPH airport. Also, days before check-in date, he organized us the transport from Tam Coc, also at a good price. What else can we expect? Room was big, aircon, big bathroom, and clean. Good service. Recommended.

The host helped us organise a boat day trip which was so much easier then trying to find one along the pier. The hotel was nice, was very clean and good value for money
Not many restaurants around but can easily access the Centre by the taxi app Grab where there are a few options

Very nice owner and staff, helped us organize everything - pickup from bus station, Ha Long cruise, motorbike rental, bus tickets. Well maintained rooms. Good location close to the beach. Thank you for the room upgrade. Highly recommended

Very helpful and friendly staff! The whole hotel was clean and welcoming. For breakfast we had two eggs and toast plus a delicious coffee. The location was ideal for going on a cruise the next day. We got a short grab taxi to the port in the morning.

It's incredible. I have been to many hotels in different countries and this Nin boutique hotel is perfect. close to the beach and the Marrina, convenient for the boat trip. I got a lot of help from the staff, including tour information and the price is good.

Great hotel, very good value for money. I have been traveling South East Asia for 3 months and this was the best value for money I’ve experienced. Hotel is run by a local family who really care for their guests.
