The problem with writing this review in a positive way is that I do not want others to know how good this place is. That would mean I would have a harder time booking the place. Yes, there are some flaws here and there. But overall, it's a great room, and the front desk staff are always friendly. The bed is comfortable, WiFi stable, has a spacious interior and is rather clean.

it’s so far off. our first time in hanoi so wasn’t sure how bad 8km was - it’s far! also the restaurants around the area spoke no english.

This is my 2nd time staying here and i stayed in the Suite Trust me this is the best apartment Spacious living room with smart tv and full fledged kitchen with all amenities along with super huge bathroom with fast wifi Highly recommended And there are plenty of local vietnamese dishes around And staff as always is excellent/cheerful and can speak english too Will come back again

Spacious, modern, looks completely new, clean and extra clean bathroom and luxurious rooms with smart locks and smart tv and everything nearby with great amenities with elevator accessible to all floors Reception staff is very friendly, enthusiastic and cheerful and welcoming Would highly recommend and definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with good facilities. Comfy big bed, smart tv with Netflix, washing machine and nice shower in bathroom with lots of space. 24 hour reception downstairs with friendly staff. Not good location for old town but plenty around the area.

The facilities are relatively good. There is one girl in good English and helped us to reserve bus tickets to Sapa and also arranged pickup from the airport. The other guy at the reception doesn’t speak much English. The hotel is quite good for the price we paid.

The guy downstairs speak zero English. One of the aircons seemed not working.

Clean place, located slightly away the tourist area but close to good food. Although our room's washing machine did not work, the hotel helped us to get our laundry done so it was not an issue at all. Would return again!

The room is large and very well furnished. The location is good with many eateries around. The front desk staff are most of the time friendly and helpful.

The room could have been better cleaned. Beddings are not changed unless requested.

No washing liquid for laundry, dishwashing liquid, cooking oil, and other types of sauces.

- Hotel staff are really nice and helpful - Room is comfy and quite clean

- Phone signal is quite weak - Should have some hooks insides bathroom to hang clothes
