The location is fantastic, near the main street and within walking distance from all the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, and it is quite noisy. The staff even gave me earplugs at check-in.

The room is quite dark, and the furniture makes it even darker. Despite the fact that they say and confirm there is a window in the room, the window opens to an internal ventilation area, and you can’t even see the daylight. So, basically, there is no window, and they should make it clearer.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff and breakfast was great.

When checking out, asking the guest if they have taken the towel in the room is sensitive. Also, consider the cost of a towel in Vietnam versus the cost of additional luggage weight when flying.

We were only in HCM for a few days, the location of this hotel was central to most of the attractions we wanted to see and in the heart of district 1 so it was there was always something to do and see! The staff went above and beyond when it came to requests (we are particularly thankful to one receptionist that acted as a translator between us and our airline). During our stay we also spontaneously decided to book one of the tours offered through reception, the whole process was super easy and it was honestly the highlight of our trip! Breakfast was included in our stay, and while the options didn’t change daily, there was a range of both western and Vietnamese breakfast options that kept breakfast interesting. There was also a number of vegetarian options which I really appreciated!

Staff did mention at check-in that in the evenings that it can get a bit noisy and music can be heard through the walls and provided earplugs. Personally, I didn’t find this an issue (despite being a light sleeper). There was definitely some base that could be heard but it was easy enough to tune out. And, more a personal presence, but the mattress and pillows are both on the firmer side, but still comfortable nonetheless.

Amanaki Saigon location is superb. It is right in the best location to many visit places within walking distance. Beautiful accommodation with unique local artistic decorations - highly recommended for business travelers and tourists. Easy access to all ranges of food - a place to also experience the culture of the country. Not too far from the airport (about 30 mins by car) and with easy reach to available Grab rides to work. Breakfast offered is excellent and special, as the hotel tries to provide menu based on local raw materials. The hotel offers free laundry if you stay more than 3 or 4 nights, but not advertised or promoted.

Delay in laundry delivery was the only minus we experienced. It took an extra day for the laundry to be completed instead of next day. Staff was helpful to track delivery.

The very best breakfast because it catered to all palates with dishes of both familiar fare and others offering new and interesting tastes, and variety from day to day. Presentation was excellent, and anything needing replenishment was quickly supplied in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. This same high level of service and support prevailed at the reception desk and throughout the hotel.

We were very satisfied and have no complaints at all. Amanaki is managed with admirable expertise and efficiency and we received friendly and generous support, especially from Linda, when any advice or mediation was sought. The location was excellent within easy walking distance of markets, departments stores, specialist shops of all kinds, dozens of cafes and some outstanding restaurants. For us, this was the perfect boutique hotel experience.

I made the booking last minute and wasn't sure what to expect, but this hotel surpassed all my expectations! As someone who had been traveling for 6 weeks across Denmark, Sweden, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam, this hotel may be one of my favorites, and I am glad I ended my vacation here! I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, welcoming energy, convenience, lovely decor, and generally good vibes. The room was lovely, and coming back to the room after a long day of sightseeing was such a comfort. I also remember the shampoo being particularly refreshing, there being fresh fruit in the room, powerful AC to cool off during 100F weather in the city, and the staff always being incredibly kind and welcoming! Breakfast selection of Vietnamese and western foods were also great. The location is also perfect. I walked right next door to a convenience store for water, small toiletries I had forgotten, etc. And there were tons of amazing restaurants and bars right next door.

First of all- they are offering a fresh coconut drink as a welcome :) we had Deluxe double room and I was amazed by every single detail in the room. We had fresh fruits, coffee( local one), free water ( everyday - 2 bottles), nuts, tea( flowers, not just tea bags as everywhere else), dry fruits … I mean - i didn’t expect that much , honestly speaking. The furniture 👌bed - super comfortable. Our room even had a holder for cups in the bathroom 😍 also super silky bathrobes after shower. It was the best hotel in whole Vietnam. They care about environment and they provide with organic shampoos , I loved it. Also, we had a free laundry , since we were staying more than 3 days. For a traveller - it’s the best complimentary. Breakfast - exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel 😍😍😍 you guys are the best, please keep same quality

Pretty, art-filled and well-positioned hotel. Great, helpful staff. Amazing, varied and generous buffet breakfast. Attention to eco concerns and health. Snacks and teas in room. Wonderful shampoo and gels. Gym on top floor. Aromatherapy everywhere. Bonus perk for longer stays, a bit of free laundry service was very nice!

Room was a bit tight and not enough counter space. We moved the safe to set up shop. if you can, splurge for bigger corner rooms. Couldn't make coffee in room with just coarse grounds. Confused by process.

Only one chair and one area for luggage when it's a two person room. But may be because we didn't get the larger room. Soap + Shampoo gives a weird feeling, but maybe because it's "sustainable". Laundry service wasn't by weight, it was by piece which made it quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at.
