Staff were great, property was excellent

Buffet breakfast was dried out and cold , not a great selection , disappointing considering the cost of the accommodation

Spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location next to Saigon Center.

You can hear everything from the hallway and even other rooms. Sliding glass door design for the shower area is really poor. Door would slide open by itself and water would easily get out into the room. Also, I asked for taxi in the morning for an early day trip. They said they would call me but never got the call. I went down 5 min to realize they never called. If I didn’t have enough buffer time, I would’ve been late and miss my trip.

1. Staff can be more understanding. I found out I lost my wallet upon check-in and staff still insisted in getting the credit cards. She could have offered to help to call the taxi or offer some kind gestures to show she cares about the customers rather than following the process blindly. I was very disappointed. 2. I always stay at M hotel when I am in Ho Chi Minh city and there's no internal system that identifies loyal and regular customers for special treatment or personalized experience. It's a disappointment.

The room is very spacious, bright, clean and new. Staff are very courteous. Airconditioning cools the room fast and is good for hot weather. Noodles across the street and below the hotel was delicious.

The aircon duct is situated near the toilet which makes bathing in the tub or dressing up at the basin very uncomfy due to the cold. I had to switch off the aircon a few times. I was also not told that the bath salt was chargeable if I throw the bottle away or bring it home. I was charged about USD$9 for 2 bottles. So do note not to throw the bottle away. Do note that u need to walk up a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. ALso, they will need to check your room when you check out so this will take quite some time. Book your car after they checked your room.

Amazing location, really helpful staff who helped by calling local travel operators and chalked out the most cost effective plan for us. It was a wonderful interaction with ladies at front desk. Got to say that given less intrusion of English in daily lives of Vietnamese people, staff working at the hotel are really helpful and go extra mile to help the guests.

I was looking for high floor room but seemed to be unavailable at the price which i already paid due to holiday season. It would have been icing on the cake if i would have gotten that. Also, this hotel is just right opposite outskirts of night district bars. Even if no nuisance to families, if you are a single traveller man and do not like being called to come in the bar by "bar maids" (a very common trait in almost all south east Asian countries with thriving nigh life districts), you should stay away from this place.

Rooms were really modern and cozy. A/C was nice and cold. Views were quite nice from level 8. Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

All the gym equipment is rusted and broken unfortunately. Lifts could do with a refurbish.

It is in a perfect location and the rooms are well appointed. Also the beds are so comfortable.

I advised i was arriving early so asked if I could have an early check in but The previous guest had arranged a late check out. They did not tell me this, just kept saying it will be soon then said I could upgrade to a bigger room and check in now. When I said ok they said a price and then as I was about to pay they doubled it. That annoyed me very much, I have been a guest here 4 times before and didn’t expect that

The lobby looked simple but impressive. It was clean and newly renovated. The staff was extra nice to offer some wine and swan folded towels for our honeymoon. We were able to wander around to Saigon Centre for shopping and have pho at mid-night just in walking distance. All bathroom equipments were high-standard and easy to use. Overall, we would very recommend this hotel to our friends.

I wish I knew about pillow selection beforehand. I was used to memory foam pillow and the hotel DOES offer that and other pillow options.

This hotel design is very modern and professional. It’s located in the heart of District 1 which is a perk. Everything is so closed and convenient. Staffs here are amazing, and willing to help anytime. I would definitely be happy to stay again if I come back.

Because the design is too modern, so the structure of the room is quite weird. The bathroom (toilet & shower area) is divided separately which creates the inconvenience of using it. Some of the windows need to be cleaned.

the location is amazingly centralised in HCM and the staff were very polite and helpful! the room itself is well-designed and spacious, also the cleanliness is near top-notch. overall I really enjoy my stay there

location is centralised but the surrounding businesses are not the best. couples may not like it but single people will enjoy it. music and noise do get through a little but I was staying at the higher level
