Great location, walking distance from the airport. We did walk but would recommend getting a Grab as the pavement was not always present! Lovely room, very quiet, spacious, clean and large bathroom with towels and toiletries included Pool on the 11th floor which sadly we arrived too late to try Breakfast options of chicken pho and omelette which were both delicious. Fruit, coffee/tea selection also on offer. Very convenient and perfect for an overnight layover in HCM. Many food options nearby

Unclear if the airport shuttle is free or with a price - we asked in the morning, but they asked us to get a Grab No matter, as the Grab is very quick and cheap (approx 35k VND, with an extra 10k VND for airport duty)

I looked for a photo of your swimming pool / area before booking, but I didn't see one on the website. I liked the floaty toy there, but it was dirty. Last room on floor no 9 - no corridor light nearby

Location was good. Only a short taxi ride from the airport. The room was large with a huge private balcony with views over the streets and rooftops. The staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was adequate but mainly catered for Vietnamese tastes. The young man serving in the breakfast room was lovely, always smiling and happy to assist with anything. Located close to restaurants and a 711 store.

Not the fault of the hotel, but there were road works outside. Metal plates had been placed over the road and every time a vehicle drove over they made a loud clanging noise, day and night.

Lovely spacious and comfortable room, easily akin (if not better) to a Hilton style room in the UK and at a fraction of the price. Great proximity to the airport, literally 5 mins and a 'GRAB' (Asian Uber) is always available. I left the hotel before 5am and got one straight away. You could even walk to the airport in less than 20 mins. Great little rooftop pool and view also. Lots of coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity too. Can highly recommend if needing an airport hotel.

Breakfast was strictly portion controlled. Very disappointing.

The Hera Boutique is a brand new property close to the HCMC airport. We even walked from the domestic terminal to the hotel with ease! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the property was beautiful! Highly recommend!

If I went again I would probably opt out of the breakfast, but the staff did all they could to make it as nice as possible including giving me butter for my toast when I asked and refilling the coffee.

Definitely value for money. The location is great as it's a 5 minute drive to the airport. They offer a nice complimentary drop off to the airport and the staff are always ready to assist.

The most confusing part is that there is a Hera Hotel and a Hera Luxury Hotel which made it difficult to get to via taxi 😅 Other than that, the breakfast selection wasn't the greatest but it was definitely a good 1 night stay.

Lovely place. VERY close to airport. Lovely staff. Saved the day as an emergency stop over.

NOTE: Taxis from airport may try to overcharge, it should cost about 30k to get from airport to hotel. This isn't anything to do with the hotel.

Staff at breakfast were very accommodating. A variety of dishes available and the chef was willing to cook eggs.

There were no towels in the pool area and the ground was incredibly slippery. I fell but haven't broken any bones. Other guests used the pool in their street clothes - not the most hygienic.
