Location is walking from the Airport (800M). Staff/Host is too cool, accommodative & very nice. Room was bit small but considered good due it's interior. Small Kitchen available for limited use. Small Hotel but very nicely managed by the Host. Good Lift available. Room had all required facilities and toiletries'. Host is too good.

No Breakfast or on order facility available at the Hotel. It has nice area where you can get your own food and have it. One fridge is available with some cold drinks, water etc which can be used with payment. No Wifi in the reception/sitting area.

Close to airport, like 10 minutes. No need to go into District 1 if all you are having is an overnight stopover. There is a convenience store nearby selling useful things, including Korean products. There is a excellent Thai restaurant 2 blocks away if you are hungry (plus more if you want to go for a walk and explore. The hotel itself is on a quiet street just off a busy road. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. The beds were a good size, there is a mini-bar and snacks if you want them.

Small amount of water pooling on the floor of the toilet near the shower. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

I had an overnight layover in Saigon and was looking for a low-priced accommodation near the airport so I could allocate my budget in exploring the city more. They provided you with free bottled water (you CANNOT drink tap water in Vietnam, just FYI) and other non-alcoholic drinks. The staff was very informative and friendly, and also very helpful. I can't speak about longer stays since I only stayed for a night, but for my super short stay, I was very satisfied.

I'm not sure if it's a common problem for anyone else, but I was using Grab app a lot to explore the city, and a few times my grab driver always got a wrong direction when I asked them to pick me up at this location. I don't think necessarily it's the hotel's fault, so I guess it's not really an issue with the accommodation. Just FYI for future travelers looking to use Grab as well from the hotel.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, however, after landing at Ho Chi Minh, I couldn't get a taxi or Grab to take me to the hotel, so ended up walking. It was close and easy to get to but worth considering if you have a lot of luggage or a heavy bag to carry. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and had a fridge (although it was not plugged in) and tea/coffee supplies. I arrived late and left early on my international flight so wasn't there for long enough to comment about the location other than it being close to the airport.

Great location one kilometer far from the Tan Son Khat airport, yet very quiet. Everything you need within walking distance - cafes, bars, shops, Hoang Van Thu park. Brand new building, beautiful and comfortable rooms with splendid interior. Very polite and helpful staff: I asked the manager Nick to book train tickets, in the end he went to the train station and bought us tickets. I booked a room without paying and confirming a bank card, which can be very important for guests from Russia. Definitely recommend this hotel!

quiet (except for some classic Vietnamese kareoke at 10pm one night), safe, great facilities, good bathroom. walking distance to airport.

there were no windows in our room which was fine for us but would get a bit sad if we stayed for any longer. it made the room really quiet though!

Excellent WiFi (able to stream video with no issues etc), excellent clean new well maintained rooms and facilities, good air conditioning, really friendly helpfull staff. Relatively close to airport. It is a place I would have loved to have stayed longer, but had to fly. Highly recommend.

Minimal windows (just small window into stairwell)

Great location. They had a cat at reception, staff were very helpful. Also excellent value for money.

The room didn’t really have windows. There were 2 small ones but didn’t seem to go anywhere. This wasn’t an issue as I was only there during the night time hours anyway but I think is worth noting. Everything else was great.

Lovely hotel very near the airport. Nice decorations and the staff very helpful. Handy to restaurants.

Over all we really like this hotel but we’re concerned about the sliding doors onto the balcony not locking. Also there was a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom with the leaking toilet tap.

Location. Walking distance to airport. Room is very clean and comfy. Toiletries are available. Elevators. Room is of proper size. Overall its still a pretty comfy and good experience.

No soap, bottle empty, hot shower water wasn't avail when I was there. Staff doesn't even have money change.
