The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. However, the furniture was a little dated. The WiFi worked well, and the restaurant downstairs had great food. The location is well situated near restaurants, pubs, and nightlife. Surprisingly, the room was quiet, and I had a good sleep here. For the price, this is a well situated, clean, comfortable hotel. It's worth a stay!

There is no lift, and we were on the third floor. It's not a deal breaker, but just make sure you have everything you need before heading out.

The host (Zinny) was the most hospitable and welcoming. As soon as I arrived, she offered me a glass of iced coffee with milk, which was amazing. The breakfast options were different every day. The mattress was supremely comfortable. The staff knew me after the first day and they had no need to check my room number with me every time. A 7 Eleven store is just 1 minute away from the place, along with lots of food options and tour agencies. They accepted credit/debit card for payment.

It is quite touristy just outside of the hostel. The noise isolation is not very good, and a family with small kids was staying in the room across mine. I could hear all the crying whenever I was in the room. The wardrobe was pretty worn out. The AC took a long time to cool the room. No curtain in the shower.

I like how the room is clean. clean towels and they change them and clean the room everyday. the workers are more friendly and smiley. good breakfast and you have variety to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely choose Na Nue Hotel anytime I am coming to HCMC.

I couldn't use the tv in my room and my kids were not happy. also what I didn't like was the bin in the washroom, always I have to use my hand to open the bin before I can put trash in and this irritated me. I should have asked them to come and attend to those issues but I was very busy with why I was in HCMC so no hard feelings.

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. It was walking distance to all the tourist locations so it was very convenient for us as there was no need to commute or book a Grab. The bed was also very spacious and the airconditioner worked well. The water pressure was good. We also had a hearty breakfast every morning. Our flight was late in the evening and they allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby while we strolled the city one more time after check out time.

At night sometimes we could hear the other guests when they talked in the hallways.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable very good beds. Hot shower every day and toiletries. The air conditioning was superb kept the room cool when the temperatures were really high outside. We had a balcony which looked down into the street really quaint to watch the world go by. The complimentary breakfast was tasty nice pancakes or omelettes with a choice of drinks. Good value for money and the location is right in the heart of things. Quiet at night situated down a lovely little alley. Close to 'walking street' but you will not be disturbed.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to multiple attractions if you are willing to walk 30-40mins which was totally fine with us. For those days that we are too lazy to walk, booking a Grab car was easy and convenient. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores surrounds the place but there was no noise that can be heard in the room at all. Breakfast was chefs kiss and the hotel staff are all very helpful and accommodating.

No lift but this is hardly an issue unless you brought large and heavy luggage with you.

We chose this property because of the location as our stay would be very short. It could not have been better (right in the heart of district 1) and this allowed us to see many of Saigon’s principal attractions within 24 hs. The alley where Na Nue is has warm lantern lighting and nice little shops. Even if the staff did not speak much English (nor do we) they were all very helpful and kept our bags during a few hours while we waited for check in time. The room was nice, more than enough to suit two backpackers’ needs (clean sheets and towels, hot shower, comfy beds) and though the window view was not particularly interesting, the room was well preserved from the bustle and partying of Bui Vien Street and had a working AC unit. The food at the reception restaurant is well priced and very yummy. All in all, perfect for what we were looking for.

The location is what sets this apart from other hotels. Many of the restaurant customers we talked to said they liked the food and the prices when compared to other restaurants. It's nothing fancy but was good enough. The hotel itself is clean enough and comfortable. It has the typical hard mattresses and you do need to walk up stairs to get to your room. It also comes with breakfast but it's a very simple choice of a pancake, bread roll with eggs or omelette., Fried noodles with chicken and either a coffee or tea. It was good enough to get you out the door. Drinks are almost the cheapest you week find in the area. It's worth just seeing by for a drink and having a look at one of the rooms. The shower worked well with good enough pressure to wash yourself properly. The hot water was good enough as you never really want a hot shower in Saigon. The family are lovely people. Take your time to interact with them. They make you feel very welcome if you try. Grandma was always had a smile and was genuinely happy to see us each time we came back to stay. We got them to organise transport back to the airport after our holiday and the price was reasonable 200000. We could have done it about US $3 cheaper with grab but they had a 7 seat Vinasun taxi prepaid for us. It was perfect as the hotel is in an alley so your need to walk to the road(20meters) to catch transport and they had him waiting for us so hassle free. We would recommend doing this. The room we were in was quiet but occasionally you do hear something go thump or bang as the kitchen is on the ground floor. There is no view even with window so don't expect one. They stored our luggage when we went off for an overnight here and there. Walking Street is about 100m from the door of you want to go watch the big TVs or see the world go by. It's a bit of flee pit to be honest but it's still ok for an guys here and there.

There wasn't much to dislike. They didn't clean the room every day or replace the water but maybe we should have asked or left the key at reception so they knew to clean it. We really don't need the room cleaned or sheets changed every day so it doesn't worry us. It's about a 2 star hotel so for the price is very good value.

Actually i booked in Na Nue Hotel, but due to some reason, they moved us to other hostel only 50 m walking in the same alley and they offered us a better place with a worth price. The staffs were nice and the owner who also standby in the reseptionist were so helpful. She helped us to book bus cruise using her phone. Thank you btw. The room was clean and quite spacious, but they don’t provide closet. They only give you 3 hanger to hang your clothes. So maybe you should consider if you want to stay for a longer time you will have an issue with the absence of closet inside the room. Over all it was a good stay there 👍🏻

Great location. Prompt responses by Henry. Salam and his team were very accommodating, kind and tried their best to communicate. They sent someone to clean the room immediately.

No stairs. Cleanliness is highly doubtful. They didn't clean room #103 when we checked in. Past guest's trash bins were not cleared in the bathroom. But, they eventually sent someone to clean our room immediately.
