PROS: Convenient location in District 1, the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Everything was a short taxi ride away and many restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are small but comfortable (given it is a city hotel) but you may not get a room with a window. Staff were super helpful & friendly and catered to our needs very well. Good value for money.

CONS: Being in District 1, it can be inconvenient at times to hail a taxi or walk when it’s raining as taxi drivers are in high demand. Beds are firm and feel old. Some rooms have lights that don’t work (but they fixed it immediately).

First, although Queen Ann Hotel has passed its prime, the interior design and furnitures of the room where we stayed (at the front) are quite classy according to Western standards. unlike the majority of 3 and 4 star hotels in Saigon and Dalat which display mass production souvenir oil paintings signed by “Hoàng Việt,” this hotels display tasteful photography in the guest rooms. Secondly, the buffet of this hotel is quite rich and generous covering a wide range of Western and Vietnamese foods. Third and finally, we are so impressed with several staff of Queen Ann Hotel including Loan (receptionist), Tuyền (buffet staff), Minh, Quyền, and Thế Anh (security) who have demonstrated a high level of friendliness, politeness, and helpfulness during our stay from Dec 24 to Dec 31, 2022.

The manager of this hotel should pay more attention to the inconsistency of air conditioning system of certain rooms.

Very good tourist hotel in good location, walking distance to the market and many tourist attractions. Room was surprisingly good with a fantastic shower, fast secure wifi and a comfortable bed. Staff very helpful with directions etc. Breakfast was pretty good but a few more options would have been great.

The hotel exceeded my expectations so nothing to not like for the price.

We stayed 4 nights and liked it a lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Good size bathroom and great shower. I loved the soft Bathtowels and the golden robes provided. Breakfast Buffet was great and the selection of fruits appreciated. Also the location was perfect for our lengthy stay.

The rooms towards the street are noisy. Most likely because of the large windows.

The room is generally very clean, with modern and well functioning fittings. Many good food nearby. There is a convenience store across the road.

Laundry is charged per article; I had brought my laundry to the laundromat instead. The hotel is just opposite a bar/club which may be somewhat loud late at night (10pm to 12 am) but stops on time.

The room is exactly like the picture, the furniture are clean and as I expected. The minibar is interesting and the free items and complimentary items on the mini bar are marked differently. The window in the room gave a more exciting view than I expected. The location of the hotel is quite near most of the monument in Ho Chi Minh city and there few interesting restaurants nearby and lot of coffee and boba tea shop.

The reception area is a bit quiet, not lively as it should be. There are a few flaw with the cable network in the TV.

The hotel was clean. The staff was caring and courteous. They did a make-up to the room every day. Hotel location was good. The breakfast was buffet and varied. We recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

The room was a little small.

Beautiful spacious room with all the required amenities Superb location right next to the heart of the city, and amazing cuisine within 2minutes walk. Loved the windows to brighten up the rooms and get a glimpse of the city under the night sky

Didn't get a chance to try breakfast Cleaning could be a bit more thorough but loved the addition of the DND/MakeupRoom switch. Some of the wiring for the lights need some work.

Good location, safe area. Amenities exactly as described on Booking. Good A/C and WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Toilet stuff, towels and bottled water daily.

Breakfast could be better. Only 1 elevator, that makes sometimes annoying to wait for the 10th floor.

The property was very easy to find. There was food and cafes along and opposite the hotel. There’s also a convenience store opposite. The hotel was spacious for 2 pax and very clean. Breakfast was also great with their local delicacies. Their door men speaks English and really helpful when my grab driver called, he spoke on the phone with the driver for me.

The receptionist barely spoke English but we managed to check in. using Google translate. 👍🏻
