we had an excellent stay it exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable

Vinh and Kiem (front desk) went out of their way to help with booking tours, questions and an unexpected medical issue. We felt like we were with family friends. The location was great, only a short walk to Saigon Center, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street and numerous food stalls and restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

TV wasn’t working but it was not an issue with us. We got use to the cool showers.

Spacious room, I booked room with 1 big bed and they offered 2 queen beds. The room is on top of the building with nice view. The room is big. The beds are comfortable and clean. The tv is extra large.

However, there is one small glass window at the corner has no curtain which is bit weird, people from other buildings can still see inside if you stand in front of that window. There is a weird sound that sounds like a washing machine appear from time to time, not so loud but still noticeable. The bathroom is clean.

It was a good central location to where other family members stayed wad easy to navigate around for food and entertainment.

The last week the neighboring hotel sign decided to act like a disco and made it hard to sleep ad the curtains weren't dark enough to block that out. And the shower kept falling off the wall. Needs to have a shower curtain to keep water where it should be.

Quiet place. Nice people at the reception . Good bedding and pillows. Good shower with hot water

The room I booked for 4 nights was not available the first night. They gave me a room without TV and some missing curtains. I've been obliged to move in another room the second day. TV doesn't have any international channels, only in Vietnamese... not good for international tourists!

The room was actually a lot nicer than the photos ! I think our room (601) was newly renovated? Which we were very happy about. They might be doing the bathrooms next? Good aircon, massive bed, pretty good location for main attractions, really clean and reception staff were great!

Bathroom could also do with an update but I’m sure this is happening in the near future.

It was very affordable. The cheapest actually. Bed is comfortable. With fridge in the bunk room. Free 2 bottles of water everyday and they change your towel daily. 😊 Very walkable distance to Bui Vien.

The aircon is almost not working. Could do some repainting and tidying of the 7th floor.

Hot water is really hot if you set it so, that is rare in Vietnam. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good enough on D1.

This time there was a group of local people making a lot of noise downstairs during check in after 10 pm and then in the morning. The staircase echoes the noise even to upstairs rooms.
