I like the rooftop bar and my room had a bath with a view.

Have stayed twice and the furniture in the room is grubby, curtains are hard to operate. Rooms are starting to look a bit tired.

Our recent stay at the Pullman Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the prime location of the hotel, which made exploring the vibrant city incredibly convenient. Situated close to many of the city's attractions, dining spots, and shopping areas, it served as the perfect base for our adventures. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning pool area. The pool bar was a delightful retreat, offering a variety of refreshing drinks and light bites. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The ambience was further elevated by the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to ensure we had everything we needed. We were equally impressed with the hotel's rooftop bar. With its panoramic views of the city skyline, it provided a breathtaking backdrop for evening cocktails. The sophisticated atmosphere, coupled with an excellent selection of drinks, made it one of our favorite places to spend our evenings. A special mention goes to one outstanding staff member from the pool area, Khan whose exceptional service truly stood out. Two days after my husband misplaced his shoes, this dedicated individual found them and personally delivered them to our room. This level of commitment to guest satisfaction was genuinely heartwarming and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, our stay at the Pullman Hotel was fantastic. The combination of its strategic location, excellent amenities, and superb service made it a memorable visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy this amazing city!

Location Size of the room

Rude behaviour of their hotel manager Lam. We requested for a late check out of it was possible. Hotel did give me one hour late check out for one room out of two rooms. However, we the lady at the counter took me to Lam, Lam didn’t even bother to care and understand and he talked very rudely. He was being very arrogant. I checked on booking.com and they had many rooms available on the day of our check out. Rest of the staff were very good and extremely cooperative. Specially the boys standing in the lobby and happy to help always and ever. No complaints for other staff and 10/10 for the rest of the staff.

The customer service was great. The bed and pillow were very comfortable

The bathroom and floor, the facility are showing sign of old and outdated. The bar, restaurant could be better

The care from customer service team at the front desk, room service, restaurant were excellent and warm. The hotel is ideally located and easily accessible. The staff were very helpful too. Thanks to the Management team for maintaining thr high standard of service which must be the result of taking care of the staff by the former well.

If the size of toilet and shower room is little more large, would serve guests better.

Friendly staff & nice breakfast. the staff were very helpful with any questions that we had.

Cleanliness. My wife looked under the bed while we were checking everything before we left & there was an empty yoghurt container stuck on the carpet under the bed & it wasn't ours. It was right near the edge of the bed, which means that the vacuuming couldn't have been done well at all. I also saw dust etc. in the corner. There was also a dirty mark on the floor in the toilet, which looked like it could have been mopped off. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was good. If this was improved, it would be great. This was disappointing for a hotel of this quality

Location is near most places, just a short Grab ride away. There is a very small 24hrs convenience store right beside the hotel. The bed is very big and comfortable. But a little itchy at night. Lights were also spoilt. The swimming pool and gym are clean and nice. Staff is also very helpful. I booked 3 rooms and requested for a slightly later check out around 130pm instead of 12pm. Staff agreed to allow us 1 room for late check out.

I would like to say a big thanks to all the people who serve the guests in this wonderful hotel. Since my arrival, I have had a hearty attitude toward my person and support in solving my issues. My room was surprisingly upgraded and I was happy with that. Thanks a lot! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing

The location was great for everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel and service was fantastic. We had a corner king room which gave us a 180 degree view of the city, which was pretty at night with all he lights on. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights there

Not really dislikes as such. But the lighting configuration was more complicated that necessary I feel. There was visible long black hair on the floor (I’m grey) which would indicate is wasn’t vacuumed properly and the hallways out side the rooms needed to be vacuumed more frequently.
