Great location, good sized room, good staff

Not sure if it’s value for money for the deluxe Room as the balcony is not actually a balcony!

staff was extremely polite and helpful. We got complementary coffee in the mornings. the location was amazing, literally in the middle of the city, with all major tourist attractions being in walking distance. rooms were clean. special shoutout to the manager: my card got declined at the nearest ATM and when I asked him about it, he personally walked us to another ATM in the area which he knew would work with my foreign card.

the streets were a bit noisy at night, but I mean what do you expect in the middle of city of millions. the noise was bearable though, didn’t have trouble sleeping.

The room was simple yet had everything you’d want. Plenty of surfaces to put your stuff. Lighting options were pleasant. AC worked great. No strange orders. Staff was supremely helpful. They apparently upgraded us from whatever room we had booked to a room with a king bed and a window that opened facing away from the street. Relatively quiet considering g the busy streets outside. We would have stayed there longer but they were full when we wanted to rebook.

There is a puzzling trend in hotels to have glass bathroom walls and doors which provide no privacy. Bathroom privacy helps keep the romance alive! Anyway, this is not really the fault of the hotel nor staff-just an annoying design trend sweeping Asia.

Nice room, super kind staff, great cleanliness. They provide you with nice coffee and a delicious lemongrass/cinnamon tea at any time of the day. Good location considering the main sites (unification palace, post office, opera house, war museum are some of the points you can walk to from the hotel - your main issue will be to cross the streets in the hectic traffic, not the distance! lol) Overall I highly recommend Triple E

Nothing big to complain about- the rooms are quite small if you have two big piece of luggage, but this is something you should know beforehand.

I really appreciate the helpful staff - they made the nicest welcome drink and brought up my food delivery to my door, the room was made up nicely as I’ve requested and I have everything I need in the room from towels to shower necessities. I liked that the sockets were international plugs so anything goes and there were light switches next to the bed for convenience. Overall a really comfortable stay with nice pillows.

There were ants in the room, which irked me, and there wasn’t much of a balcony nor city view because it was mostly blocked by the structure outside and the balcony was occupied by a planter (but I didn’t have much of an issue because I just wanted a room with windows so I didn’t need access to the balcony and all’s good).

Perfect hotel to end trip We had room with window at front. Level 4. Street noise, but it’s comforting the late night karaoke and they supply ear plugs. Super clean, hot shower, tv, kettle, perfect! Staff fabulous and very helpful. Check in and out easy Morning coffee and evening drink on front porch perfect We had come from Metrople 5 star hotel in Hanoi and found staff at this little hotel better and more engaged

If you are a light sleeper this may not suit Decide if window is a non negotiable Otherwise no complaints

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is near the big bus stop along Ham Nghi street which is near the Ben Thanh market and is one of the stop for the airport bus. Lots of local food vendors around the hotel vicinity and walkable distance to quite a number of tourist attractions. We booked the room with balcony so we have natural light into the room even though the balcony is too small to be considered as a balcony but nothing to fuss about.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location in the city centre, maybe a bit noisy, but hey, city centre, very clean, good coffee and tea for free in the bar downstairs, value for the price is very good, I'd book it surely again

There was a kind of a balcony, for me as a smoker a must, however, it was too small to put a chair or anything out, but just to stand outside the room, for me it was ok, as the temperature and humidity were anyway too high to spend lots of time outside

The location is really great, next to the beautiful art museum, the staff were helpful & it was a very comfortable bed. Good hot water pressure in the showers, no mosquitos, very clean bedroom & bathroom.

No bathrobes. There's a school next door that started playing really loud music and had someone talking through a microphone followed by very noisy screaming / chanting at 5am until 7am which was really hard to sleep through. Hopefully it was just a one off because we would like to stay there again.

Location as it’s walking distance to many places. Staff are very helpful especially manager Peter. He makes lovely Vietnamese coffee and cocktails. It’s a small property with small rooms but designed well.

Noisy as it’s on a busy street ( ear plugs are provided). The balcony is just a smokers balcony (very small). The lift is till 5th floor but they have 6 floors so you need to use stairs if your room is on the 6th floor but the staff provided help with bags.
