Bed is very comfortable. Nice house with flowers decorations. Very good safe that is bolted down as this is not the case in all hotels in Viet Nam that we stayed. Best bun rieu cua, cha gio, bun cha is across the street, corner of Thu Khoa Huan. very cheap barber is next to the noodle place. many excellent cheap eats nearby. Very close to Tao Dan park which is a lovely, tranquil park. Nice walk along Ly Tu Trong, passing central library, museum, many small parks and then the big Vinacom shopping center.

The great staff ❤ We required for an early luggage-drop-off at 7am. But actually we arrived at 4am, changed our mind and ask for a check in asap (because my 2 year-old girl hadnt slept well on night bus). A male receptionist said that room would be available at 7am and charged for 50% more; OR if we prefered a check in before 6am we had to pay 100% of the price. While I was still considering, he told us to wait for him to make room, get things done and <surprisingly + thankfully> we got our room key at 5am with a half price only. Thinking as a mom travelling with little kid, heavy luggage, a night bus and an upcoming int'l flight, you might see how much I was thankful for his kindness and great service.

If you are looking for a perfect cleanliness, it might not be the one. But for a great location, big room, nice view and nice staff, just go for it!

This hotel is in a good location. It’s very close to the Ben Thanh market. A/C and wifi worked. It is basic, but clean and had what we needed. It has a working elevator (though it is small). Our room had a bathtub (much appreciated as we rarely encountered any separation between shower & toilet in SE Asia!). The shower head was broken but we made it work. We arrived late at night, but easily checked in – the staff was asleep on the couch and woke up when we knocked on the glass door. Good option in HCMC!

Pretty small for family that is not the same with money.

I like that it is affordable and the place is clean as well as the staffs are approachable and will smile whenever they see you. The aircon is working and there is tv as well and fridge. It has water heater and they change the towel regularly. Great value for money indeed. Also, it is on district 1 so you are near to most places that you have to visit.

Exceptional quality in a beautiful tropical neighborhood! Even with the temperatures humidity, our room was crisp. Amazing service the staff treated me like family. Outstanding price for value ration: I am going to be booking this hotel again soon!

its not what i didnt like it just the lift is small hehe but its ok. most place in vietnam have lift like that.

The location is good and very near to ben thanh market. The room is big with two masterbed at level 7. It comes with a bathtub that surprise me. The price is affordable and worthy. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even help me carry and delivery my heavy luggage from the taxi when I'm arriving at hotel. The lobby waiting area have free tea for.you to drink while waiting for grabcar to arrive.

Superb location as its located within short walk from Ben Thanh market, local bars, eateries and convenient store. Warm and helpful staffs made the stay wonderful.

Small and cramped lift- but not a big deal considering the small no. of rooms. Due to the proximity to bars, though bearable-not too loud, might not be pleasant for light sleepers.
